It was half full but it still took ages to get some olives. I guess it is because it was just the two guys working there and patrons were constantly ordering delicious beers. I opted for the Tripel Karmeliet, which was a good starter and went fine with the olives. After I polished that off, I asked for a bottle of Duchesse de Bourgogne. The bartender hesitated and asked me if I knew what it was. It happens to be one of my favourites, a sweet and very sour beer. But I do appreciate him asking; I'm sure his foresight must have saved at least one hapless drinker from an aching jaw! The prices are good and the atmosphere is relaxed. I wish we could have stayed longer, but I'm sure to visit again if I am in town.

The coffee isn't anything special, and I am not sure if they offer WiFi, but a nice spot in the middle of the action nevertheless. It wasn't very busy at all and seemed to be a decent spot for people to get lunch. They have soups and open faced sandwiches. The bar is nice. Service quick and efficient, and interior is clean with lots of high tables and comfy chairs.
