However, I was physically assaulted by an employee.
I had lost my wallet and was moving through the huge crowd on the floor, accidentally bumped into an employee (staff shirt and earpiece) and immediately apologized multiple times in both Spanish and English and explained that I lost my wallet, but he grabbed me by my shirt and screamed at me "I don't care about your wallet!" and shoved me away. I thought he was going to harm me physically with how loud he yelled at me, how tight he was gripping my shirt, and how angry he came off after a simple mistake and profuse apologies.
Luckily, the bouncers at the door were helpful. I told them I lost a wallet and they immediately had it and asked basic questions of what it looked like and what was inside. Once I confirmed they gave it back, told me to be safe and to have a great night.
I can't give this place more than 2 stars for the physical harassment and blatant disrespect I faced at the hands of an employee. That employee needs better training for how to deal with large crowds, which are super common here (I have been 10+ times). It seems that most of the employees, particularly the bouncers, are here to help, which is amazing. I love it here, but with this experience it's hard to want to come back.
