We ordered a grilled steak, filet of sole, Niçoise salad, and steak tartare. The dishes were presented beautifully on white plates. Simple preparation coupled with fresh ingredients made for a delicious dinner. I was craving a proper steak tartare, and this resto did not disappoint. They ask you what you want in the dish (I said "everything!") and prepare it right then and there. The flavors were amazing and the beef practically melted in my mouth. I was so excited about the dish that I forgot to take a picture of it! Its location on the promenade was a definite plus, as we were able to watch the sunset on the beach. It may take a couple of years, but I'll definitely be back for the steak tartare!
