I even told her shoulder length. Couldnt even see the layers. I am very disappointed with my hair and this salon. I was there many times before and never had an issue. Tiffany looked very young. Had a terrible experience with getting my nails done. Had a super friendly girl start working on my nails but instead of using polish remover, took it off with a drill. Once she was finished the original person started to fill. Once she painted them again, sat with the fan on them for 10-15m and was told I was good to go. My nails NEVER dried. They were still tacky 6 hours later. Went to another salon the next day for a paint change. Now they looked gorgeous. But...day two, my thumb nail shattered off. Day three my other thumb chipped on both sides off the tip. And then a pointer finger separated from my natural nail. What a disaster. Will not come back for nail services. Super disappointed.

I was so upset and embarrassed so went to Jennifer for a haircut first- while there we discussed how she would fix my hair! The next day I was in there and after a couple of hours - VOILA my hair was absolutely stunning! I had full foil highlights done- and then she applied what they call a GlaZe that was purple! The certificate was for highlights but I just wanted a curly cut. They said it was no issue and long as the service was less than the amount of the gift certificate. That was great. The girl spritzed my hair, added a deep conditioner, barely cut, and done. I was very shocked but polite and left. 119$ and I could have just got a deep conditioner at home.
