Drove an hour to the appt for the consult, was told the laser was sent for maintenance without an estimated repair time. Told it could be months. Said they could book me in their Dearborn location. Receptionist was the same person that was doing my consultation. He seemed pushy, was told that they are the cheapest than anyone else. People always come back because they are so cheap. Cheaper than Ann Arbor, and any city. I'm not worried about the cost, I barely was able to talk about what I was looking for. He seemed to talk down to me. Never sat in the dirty client chair, instead there was a chair inches by the sink that I sat in. The man used the sink to wash his hands after he attempted to clean up, and stood inches away from me and I was splashed with water. After the disappointing unprofessional consult, left for the hour drive back to my area. Wish they had provided a courtesy phone call about not having the laser. Won't get this time back in my life. However, upon calling to schedule my appointment I was informed politely by Kelly that the groupon is only for upper or lower legs (despite groupon listing it as a medium area) and that should I want my full legs done I would need to pay a $100 upgrade fee.
