Then after so long no contacts, they now sell to a new buyer, and without offering the service or information to old clients or pay back our prepaid money. They start to sell new membership and services again. It's terrible.

While getting a massage it makes it challenging to relax. As did listening to a leaf blower being operated outside my room for the last 30 minutes of my massage. I also was not massaged for the full minutes paid for. Again, I very much liked all of the staff, however, it does not give the spa vibe I'm used to. Quiet, zen, relaxing.
