I've…read morepartnered with them for years, and their combination of fair pricing, excellent customer service, and reliable workmanship is hard to beat. I primarily work with Juan, but I've met the whole crew that makes the magic happen. Everyone there has such a positive attitude. I love having one main contact to get things done, but it's reassuring knowing the entire team is ready to step in and make sure we deliver a premium product. Juan and his team don't just take care of me -- they make sure my customers are happy, too. They communicate well, they show up when they say they will, and they deliver beautiful granite and quartz installations that elevate every project. Peakstone is the kind of partner every contractor, and homeowner, hopes to find. Bo @ B Squared Renovations

We moved to Greensboro months ago, and searched for months for a great granite company for our…read morelarge kitchen. I liked peakstone the best - because the owner came out - and was most personable and gave me GREAT advice and suggestions on the Island. We had purchased this island from IKEA and didn't want the wood top that came with it - Juan came out and just had the perfect suggestions on color and style and AM I GLAD I LISTENED TO HIM! Right down to the counter top finishes. He and his wife worked with me for months - because we had some family illness that we had to deal with in between our selections. Finally he sent his team out when we were ready - and WOW - I love the countertops and the style. We live in New Irving Park on Willoughby and would be happy to have anyone over if you want to see Peakstone's work in person! (pictures don't do it justice.)

Not having to make every minute decision was awesome for me. I love the materials and the outcome of the remodel. Victor was responsive. I want to share my experience with Carolina Ductmasters so others can make informed decisions…read more After their work was completed, I later discovered that ductwork in my attic had been left disconnected. Over time, this may have allowed fiberglass insulation to be pulled into the system and circulate through my home. During this period, members of my household experienced skin irritation and breathing discomfort, which led us to investigate further and pursue repairs. The extent of the issue was not immediately apparent. When I raised concerns, communication was limited. The work appeared incomplete, and some equipment was left behind. Although I was told the entire system had been cleaned, the main trunk line did not appear to have been accessed. Management indicated that the issues would be addressed and mentioned possible refunds for service and replacement of some affected items, but these were not ultimately provided. I also requested proof of liability insurance, but it was not provided to me. Recommendations for others: * Verify liability insurance before hiring * Consider monitoring attic work when possible * Ask for clear explanations of what areas will be cleaned or serviced. This review reflects my personal experience and observations and is shared so others can be aware of potential concerns when hiring.
