Based on their needs and the current trends is what they tend to purchase. Granite you are not going to make a fortune selling stuff back, but I figure if I can sell some of it back, at least you make some money for stuff that you would probably end up donating anyways. I haven't purchased anything from there, although I do see some Name Brand items within the store. I do think most of the sizes are for infants, toddlers and kids up to age 10. There are older children items within the store, but as most kids get into their pre-teens and teenage years, they most likely would not shop there. Staff has been nice most of the time and you do have to wait for them to go through whatever you've brought, so might be a good idea to make the drop off and then run some errands. Typically it takes them about 1.5-2 hours to get through what you've brought in to sell. Overall, I would continue to try and sell my kids' stuff here.

Where to even begin with this store? I suppose I'll start with the "good" :…read more This store used to be such a great store to buy used kids clothes that was in really good condition, their customer service WAS also great. I used to love shopping here for my kiddos because of those reasons, however over the last maybe year and a half the quality of items paired with the customer service has just gone down! I used to highly recommend this store to anyone I knew because it was great. Last Sunday I made it my last time shopping here!! Most of the clothes that they now have in store is very worn and not great looking, very faded some holes and torn here or there! I could not believe how low the quality has gotten and that they haven't reduced the ridiculous prices they still have the audacity to have them at.. I've also tried selling and they give you a little close to nothing yet turn around and price it 2-3x what they chose to buy for... I did it once and realized it just was not worth it... now to the customer service part! OMG another big bummer, the ladies here used to be so friendly and helpful, seems like every time I have walked in within the last handful of times it's just getting worse and worse, they don't greet, you try to make small talk with them while checking out and just plain rude and dismissive, I'm not asking to become your friend but if you work in customer service, then you should at least try to be little friendlier and helpful! I really hope someone in management sees this and tries to help this place out because like I said it used to be so fun shopping here but now I find myself telling family and friends to look elsewhere!

So many Jellycats!…read more I've visited the boutique store a few times in the past several years, but came by today to check out if they have Jellycats...and they did! It honestly was the best supply of Jellycats that I've seen in awhile, especially with the seasonal ones that have been coming out (e.g., summer collection was partially in stock here!). Were the prices a little bit higher versus ordering from the Jellycats website or other stores? Yes. Not an exorbitant amount, but it is higher-priced. But, with how there's quite a low stock on a number of Jellycats in general, it didn't feel too awful to go ahead and purchase a couple. (I ended up getting one of the elephants, as well as an egg keychain). When talking with the owner, there's a chance that the Jellycats craze may die down soon, but it seems to be popular in the meantime. Loved chatting with the owner today, and how nice she was!

She instantly fell in love with a pink Jellycat rabbit (around $30), but right before we got to the counter, another customer bought it. The store representative kindly looked around but told us there weren't any more, so we decided on the white version instead. After lunch at the restaurant next door, we walked by the shop again and, to my daughter's excitement, saw more pink Jellycat rabbits in the display. We went back in to see if we could exchange the white one, but the store representative refused because the tag had come off. I showed her that we still had the tag -- it was immaculate and just disconnected from its twine string -- but she still wouldn't allow an exchange. It's disappointing when a small boutique with such a charming, small-town feel shows the same rigid, impersonal customer service you'd expect from a big-box store. Their items are beautiful and priced at a premium, which I don't mind paying for -- but I do expect a warmer, more understanding customer experience in return. A little more flexibility and kindness would go a long way toward keeping customers coming back.

If I'm ever shopping and just want to hit with a gift, I will go and get something from either of the shops. They both have items that are unique and high-quality. Definitely on the pricey side, but so worth it. For Easter, my son just gave me a beautiful, high quality, cream colored sweater with bright oranges all over it and a quilted handbag that had orange, yellow and green colors. Both were from this . Looks super cute with blue jeans for the spring. We recently lost a really cool store in downtown Redlands called, Mozarts, who had high-end unique gifts. The store closed down when the owner passed away. I would have to say that now KISSUI and KISSUI KITH are now among my favorite boutique stores in the downtown Redlands area. A great place to get gifts for others or for yourself.

A quick Google search for kids' clothing stores led me to Kissui, and I'm so glad it did! Parking was easy -- there are metered spots out front and a covered garage nearby, both within walking distance. The store itself is adorable with a carefully curated selection of children's clothing, Jellycats, and fun educational baby toys. I picked up a cute onesie for my daughter that she's worn so many times, it's held up beautifully through washes and playtime. One of my favorite touches was the play area -- there were dolls and a little shopping cart that kept my daughter entertained while I browsed. The space felt so inviting and family-friendly, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. I'm really glad we stopped by, Kissui is exactly the kind of local gem I love supporting

Don't get me wrong - I shop at Nordstrom's and Bloomingdales but wouldn't want to spend $22 on a Christmas dress. Books are cover price, which I can purchase at B&N and use a coupon for a discount. I've been searching for a stroller and saw they had 1 on the floor. I asked the 2 sales girls by the register "is the stroller on the floor new?" I can understand if that came out rude. I should've asked if it was the last one - because I noticed some discoloration - and didn't want to grab the floor/ display sample. One of the girls (with blonde hair) had a stern look and said they had more in the back. Her expression left a sour taste but I still wanted to purchase it. I wanted to make sure it was okay with my husband so we came back later to look at it. He tested it out (pushed around and closed it). I asked the same (stern) lady if this was how the stroller work and she said yes after testing it out herself. She was about to ring up the floor model when I asked for a new one - just so I don't take the floor model. I can sense the roll in her eyes as she said okay and pushed the stroller aside. I said I was going to put it back and she said "it's fine" and stormed off. Strike 2. The stroller is what we wanted and at a very reasonable price compared to Target and Walmart. I'm all for supporting small businesses and you can't please every customer but I felt like I wasn't being rude or harsh when asking for a stroller.
