She always makes sure she's aware of what my skin goals are whenever I go. While they do sell products here as well, I've never felt like it was ever forced on me and she's have given me samples a few times to make sure I actually like it! This is both The Acne Spot and Taylor'd Skin Studio, with everything sharing one lobby. It's very relaxing in all areas including the lobby and the facial rooms. I ended up getting the membership that included one custom facial among other things like the red light therapy. The lobby is where the Glow Your Own Way red light therapy stations are and it's just as relaxing as inside the rooms. The lot for this plaza is fairly large so Ive also never had issues with parking! Highly recommend if you're looking to improve your skin!

I understand mistakes happen, but the part that was the most disappointing, is that when I reached out to the owner, she took no responsibility, didn't offer any compensation and basically blamed me for the results. From the moment I met her, she made me feel so comfortable and completely taken care of. I have seen her for Dysport and RF Microneedling (twice). She explains everything clearly, answers every question, gives you clear written after care instructions and you can just tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their results. What I appreciate most is how much she prioritizes safety. I've had to rebook appointments more than once, because I still had remnants of spray tan on my face and another time because of my tretinoin use. At the time it felt like a bummer, but it showed me how much she truly puts her patients first and will never cut corners. That level of integrity is rare and so appreciated. Patty is so sweet and knowledgeable, and I always look forward to my monthly facial with her. She knows my skin and keeps track of things she has tried and what I like. She never pushes any products unless I ask her about something first. When I first met her she offered for me to bring the products I was using so she could look at the ingredients, and tell me if there was anything that might not be good for my skin type. My skin has definitely improved since i started seeing her, and it always looks amazing after a visit. She uses Yonka products mostly, but sometimes a few others. I don't want anything invasive and have sensitive skin, so I have been sticking to dermaplaning and microderm during my visits. I will sometimes tell her which I prefer that day, or she'll tell me which one she thinks would be better for that session. She not only works on your face but also gives you a quick shoulder, arm and hand massage. Her prices are very reasonable, especially compared to some other places, and each session lasts around an hour. She's the only one that is in her suite, and it's just her, so it's quiet and relaxing with no other people talking or making noise. I've referred multiple people to her and they are always happy. I can't recommend her enough!

Her facials continue to be just excellent! As I am aging, I have realized weightlifting is so important for me as a woman in my mid 40s. I have started lifting weights often, and have started experiencing little muscle pulls or tweaks or aggravations.
