I booked a photo shoot for myself and my 7 year-old daughter on short notice, reaching out to Studio K late in the week for a proposed weekend date. Jennifer responded promptly and accommodated me without issue, even suggesting a scenic local sanctuary as the backdrop for our images (and her art form.) And art it truly is! Other than providing a sample of her work through the photos pictured, I cannot express how well she captured the unbreakable bond and love that my daughter and I share. The photos even manage to showcase my daughter's innate caring nature for me in what has been a difficult time for me personally. Besides her natural talent at capturing these moments and moods, it's Jennifer's willingness to allow her subjects to "behave" in a natural fashion in front of the camera, rather than forcing customary poses or staged situations, that makes the true difference. Jennifer and Studio K come with my highest recommendation.

I'd had some done before, but they turned out terrible and I never used them - I looked awkward and uncomfortable, and they just weren't that flattering. This experience was 1000% different. TLDR: If you're looking for a corporate headshot, Armato Photography is 10000% the way to go…read more Yelp's review of "great" is an absolute understatement here --- Armato photography is nothing short of exemplary. I recently transitioned to a new company which required me to update my headshots. It had been a while since I have had headshots done and all I told John was that I needed to look corporate and executive. I notified him of the color scheme my company needed in advance. He made recommendations regarding the colors I should wear and bring and he allowed me to bring multiple outfits to test out which looked best. I am generally a stiff and tense individual and "relaxing" for pictures does not come naturally to me. Not only was John incredibly flexible and understanding of everything, he had this great way of coaching me through the entire experience in a lighthearted, fun and extremely enjoyable way...so much so that nothing about me screamed "tense" or "stiff" in the final headshot. John has a way of connecting to you as a human being, leveraging the few things he knows about you to bring out joy and confidence in your eyes and basically create a masterpiece out of a rock (me, I am the rock). Aside from being so incredibly talented, John is also incredibly patient. I am pretty picky when it comes to my headshots (I always hyperfocus on the smallest details about my appearance which deter me from pictures that may be amazing but from my perspective are lacking or off). I wasn't sure what I would be picky about as it had been a while since I had obtained headshots, so after every few pictures, John would pause and review them with me. He would allow me to express what I liked and didn't like, while also supplying his professional input. We would then take more photos, pause, and repeat. While I was more focused on how random folds in my outfit looked or how certain features of my face looked (my nose has a little curve that is very normal, but throws me off so I am particular RE the angles in which photos are taken of me), John was focused on ensuring he was capturing small details to fit into the big picture. He was not only focusing on the details I was telling him I was picky on, he was also incorporating additional details to make sure every aspect of the picture was ideal. What I appreciated most is the educational component that went into the process - he would guide me through his thoughts and supply recommendations...but would take it one step further and show me the results once I would incorporate a recommendation (instant gratification = fulfilled). Another bonus is that during no part of the process did I feel that John was in a rush or annoyed by my pickiness. I can confidently say this is the first time I have encountered such a photographer when it comes to headshots. Hands down the best way to end 2021 was having John complete my headshots. I will definitely be heading in 2022 with a confident, but approachable, picture to display to the corporate world. Oh, and I will also be recommending John to every family member, friend, colleague, etc that I have who may need headshots updated...he was THAT good. Thank you, Armato Photography, for the incredible experience and amazing photos.

The first time we met for Lindsey to share what she had created for me, was beyond what I expected. She prepared a powerpoint deck that started with a picture of my far reach dream, she was listening and showed me she's prepared to help me reach those far out goals. Furthermore, she went out and did a thorough job researching my competition, where I fit in and potential events that I should pitch my services to. She came up with a schedule and detailed tasks that are easy for me to follow and accomplish goals. I am so grateful I chose Sweet Home Marketing, and I highly recommend Linsey for your marketing needs.

I was in desperate need of developing a website for my yoga business and I wanted to use someone local who would be able to meet with me in person. Not only did Lindsey do this, (thank you, Panera) she also did an amazing photo shoot in my yoga studio that led to the creation of my website using personal photos instead of stock ones. She kept it all within my budget and the end product looked professional and just how I wanted it! Lindsey worked with me on developing my Facebook page and storing all of my files in Dropbox. She also handles my website domain and manages my website. Automatic renewals and billings are easy (she offers Paypal. Woohoo!) and if I have any questions, she is always available to help answer them. For me, this is important: Lindsey has a great sense of humor and a keen sense of what works and doesn't work; what is funny and what is not. She is an excellent writer, (for text creation) and her sense of style is current and effective. You will be happy if you use Sweet Home Marketing for your marketing needs. Lindsey is very professional and incredibly "sweet" at the same time!
