Not being from this area I didn't know the town at all. Therefore I googled wash and fold services and this one appeared - thankfully. Unlike others I have encountered this one actually takes credit cards which is nice since if you have travelled much you know that cash is a tough commodity to come by. They also have good accommodating hours on a Friday evening so travelers like myself can get to the business in time. Also, they are open the next day so that one can then return to pick up the clothes dropped off the night before. The staff was very friendly and professional and did a great job on the clothes that I brought to them. The facility appeared clean and organized. An easy 5 review for me and I will use it again the next time I am through the area.

My car was towed incorrectly. Transmission exploded and other damage totaling over 4k. Asked the…read moreowner, Rodney Kilgore for insurance information. He refused. I asked for a written agreement to keep insurance out of it. He never sent it. I work for a hospital and had to have a way to get to work. He threatened and harrassed me to keep my mouth shut. So did his significant other. When I spoke up with factual information, he threatened to "come after" me and threatened to sue for defamation. I took him to court for damages and won. They admitted in court they tow all front wheel drive cars front wheels down. Won court three months ago and Rodney has refused to pay. I have had to work overtime the past 8 months, So much stress, lack of sleep. Lost time with the kids. Paying on a damaged car and now having to make payments on a new one. DO NOT use this company unless you want to be threatened and out of a car. I also have proof of every single thing I have stated. Email records, texts, phone records, photos, mechanic statements, court documents, police report ect. This all could have been fixed easily if Rodney chose to do the right thing. Instead, he intentionally caused additional hardship. He stated himself that he planned to drag this out as long as possible.

We made the mistake of PAYING before the work was completed and she LEFT before i came home to see what she did or did not do. SAVE YOUR $ and do not waste your time here. She said she had another cleaning to get to and had a checklist to make sure the work was completed. My photos will show otherwise as proof that Amy needs to look into another career choice as cleaners should be meticulous in their work and not leave bugs in PLAIN SIGHT and consider their work being done properly. Amy, surely your checklist must include clean the floors and that wasn't done in any room as i can continue to post more bug photos as they are in the living room, hallway, bathroom, and main bedroom. I will post more photos to prove my point that your checklist is obsolete and you simply can't complete it regardless.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND AMY OR THIS COMPANY.
