This was just a quick stop for us on our trip but what a great little place. This is an extremely well-maintained family owned RV park. The pull through spaces down the middle are a little close together. The back in spaces along the perimeter have more space. WiFi is included along with spotlessly clean bathrooms with a shower. There is also a small dog park area which is a great touch. This is really a charming RV park. Arnie is quite the guy as well. read more

What a great little RV Park. About 30 spaces, good size pull throughs, full hook ups, neat and tidy in the middle of rural farmland. We have camped a lot and this camp ground has the nicest bathroom and showers I have ever seen. Highly recommend. read more

I stayed at Days End RV Park for 2 months while I worked in Lassen and Modoc counties. It was lovely, quiet, and quaint. Arnold, the owner, takes wonderful care of the place and the grounds have all kinds of yard art, beautiful flowers, and as Arnold will tell you- "I have all the amenities except a pool." It's about 14 miles east of Susanville, and the only commerce out there is a gas station/convenience store across the street. So, if you want to be in the middle of a lot of activity, this is not the place. But, if you are looking for a quiet, SAFE, and welcoming park, this is it. Thanks, Arnold, for your hospitality. If I'm ever in Lassen County again, I'll certainly stay here. read more

This place is awesome. My wife and I were traveling from Oregon to northern California to visit family. We stopped here for two nights and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The park has full hookups with 50 amps and the sites are large enough to accommodate our pickup and 40 foot fifth wheel trailer, with room to spare. The place is clean inside and out and they have a small store in the office that stocks RV supplies. They have a dog run for our four legged friends where they can run and sniff while being off of their leashes. The people who own and manage it are extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back in the future and look forward to our stay. read more

Stayed here in our travel trailer, Arnie is a nice guy but that is where it ends, the cops were here for over an hour talking to a guest and a teenage boy rides his bike around the gravel/dirt interior roads stirring up dust for hours. It was also one of the noisiest parks we have stayed in due to the constant truck traffic all night on Hwy 395 right next to the park and their sprinkler system blew "hard/salty" water all over our trailer. We would not stay here again. read more

Days End RV park was a great stop for one night, clean and friendly staff. Must have been a great place when there was water in the nearby lake, but lake is dried up and not much to do. read more

We arrived at this place at 8:30. We had just went and purchased my husband an rv as a covid project due to excessive free time. Of course it immediately became a problem of a project. We were attempting to go home and we had been fighting with the rv all that day in the heat with no air with our 4 month old. This place had gotten real good reviews. I was relieved. Thank god they weren't shut back down. We get awakened first off at 2:30 am by a whole gang of chickens crowing. Our baby has never heard a chicken crow before so this was a big surprise. The. At 4:30 they started up again and I mean loud. Like they were right outside the window. We finally get the little guy back to sleep and we follow suit. 11:20 rolls around and there is a loud banging at the door. We hadn't meant to sleep like that but we were extremely tired. Drove all the way from Colorado and had been at it with the rv for three days already. It is the owner of the rv park. My husband asked him if it would be possible to pay for last night and today. We needed a rest and he said I don't think so I need the space. Very rudely. My husband went up to the front desk to talk to him and see what we had done wrong? We don't drink we aren't loud. I am from the south and i was raised your always polite and courteous. Upon entering the office the man asks if my husband had a mask. He had just gotten woken up and mask are not healthy for him due to a lung disease. So no. The man throws one in his direction and tells him to put it in or get out. My husband declines without explanation. Pays him his money. You couldn't pay us to stay here another day. The only thing we did wrong was not being an 70000 dollar rv. Alittle older and not real pretty. That was the only thing it could have been. If you aren't in debt up to your eyeballs and are frugal don't go here. I have never in my life had a proprietor of an establishment treat us so poorly. This man actually made my cry and I am not a crier. I cannot believe this. read more

Oh my! What a cool find! This place is not on the main roads of life, but if you can, go there! We will go out of our way to stay here again sometime. The grounds are immaculate. Pristine shower and laundry. Dog area. Grass for all spots. The spots are a tad narrow, but it was a pleasure to stay ther. But the best part is Arnie. He is the owner. We stayed for one night, August 1, 2018. It was so simple to find. It is at the corner of A3 and US 395 and just across from a gas station. the person in the office (Arnie?) was nice, he already had our space picked out for us. No problems getting into it, it was a pull thru and close to the dog park (our two dogs loved it). We had a full hook up (50 amp service). It was hot and slightly smokey because of fires west of Susanville, but not miserable. Our hot spot had a good signal (the park does provide cable and WiFi). The grounds are well maintained. The pull thru sites are fairly close together, but not worse than a good KOA, so no complaints. We really enjoyed watching the birds, especially two hawks. It is surrounded by farm land and a small village. read more

This place was everything we needed. Very friendly staff, all the hook-ups were functional and up to date. The bathrooms were immaculate and I couldn't say that about very many other places. There is not much going on in Standish so take what you need with you. If you are heading north or south on the 395 there is a nice little cut-off (standish road) that saves heading west towards Susanville and then back again. Price was reasonable....wifi was functional but not streamable ....We'll be making this a regular stop on our migrations. read more

VERY nice park!! Reasonable price, nice fenced dog area, grass at each spot. We have stayed in many rv parks and this is by far at the top of our list. Clean bathrooms and laundry room. The gentleman that checked us in was very accommodating as one of us needs to be near the rr and showers. Quiet and convenient on our way home to Oregon. read more

We couldn't have ask for a nicer welcome. The dog park was very nice they several pooper scoopers and a dump place for it. It was quiet a nice place for a stop over when traveling. We definitely would stay there again on our way through. read more

Wonderful park.One of the best we've had the pleasure to visit. Reasonable rates. Very clean, easy to access sites. Beautiful, sparkling clean bathrooms with complimentary soap and lotion. A very nice touch. A nice dog run with a spot to sit down. A friendly lady met us after hours (office closed) with a brochure on the park, including code for the restroom. The owner is super nice and is out and about maintaining property. A perfect spot for us. Don't miss it if you're in Standish or nearby Susanville, Johnsonville or Lassen County. read more

We have been on a 9500 mile trip and have stayed in a lot of rv parks along the way. We had a later check in of about 8:30 pm unlike other parks that close early the gentleman that checked us in was without a doubt the most polite and kind of all parks. The park was clean and very quite. It is number 1 on our list of rv parks! We will be back! read more
