Great donuts! Super friendly staff and really love all the filled options!! I really love the chocolate glazed!

Better wait a while after they open before trying to buy any donuts, normally businesses will come in before opening time for prep to ensure the ability to service customers with a nice, fresh product, however I come in five minutes after they are opened and I am turned away with a very abrupt "THERES ONLY CAKE DONUTS" stated in a way where it was like I was inconvenient for being there before the rest of the morning traffic. Oh well, guess I'll just find a different shop that wants to take business seriously that can at base minimum atleast be friendly about not having anything ready. read more

Me and my family have been coming here semi regularly for the last few years Order today 2 coffee 8/10 fast cheap pretty good One jalapeño sausage roll 7/10 fast fresh hot ( they only had jalapeño) 2 biscuits and sausage gravy 8/10 hot fresh and filling Service 10/10 fast and friendly Overall I would recommend coming here for a quick breakfast on the way to work but there is a bit of wait sometimes in the drive though but that's completely reasonable read more

Consistently BAD! Unfriendly staff is the worst (pissed off 100% of the time) Doughnuts are ok. Cinnamon rolls are dry (baked) or burnt (fried) Coffee maker is like the ice cream machine at McDonald's (never works) Good news is, this will make a good dispensary location. read more

This daylight donuts is super understaffed. I've been in the drive-through for 45 minutes and I'm stuck. I can't back up and I can't go forward and I can't leave because I'm in-between the curbs!This is terrible I called in and they said "oh well it's Saturday morning." Worst service EVER. read more

Appeared clean but the young lady did not appear to be in a very good mood. I had a chocolate glazed donut and a cinnamon roll. Of course the coating was sweet but the donut/roll itself was very bland. The cinnamon roll was the worst I've had in a long while and sadly even seemed doughy, as in under cooked. I will not be back, unless I'm in a real pinch for a bland donut. I guess I might be okay if I just wanted a plain glazed donut, because "plain" is exactly what you'll get. read more

This was the ideal Daylight Donut! In town for a baseball tournament...Walked in and it was super busy but you could not tell as any person that walked up to the case was greeted and helped. I believe I saw the owner come from the back and get his hands dirty. That to me made this experience worth every bit of a 5 star!!! Donuts were flying off the shelf as multiple orders were getting filled at once. The nice lady that helped me with my various choices was a legit memory bank. I threw out a variety pack order and she knocked it out lightning fast. I even requested the jalapeno Kolaches and she informed me that it would be about two minutes and they would bring them to me in the lobby piping hot.. she was accurate with her timing and delivered them with a Bright Smile! If I lived in the area this would be my Place to get donuts!!!! I truly believe that this team has the touch on customer service...I couldn't have had a better experience. We love this donut shop. We took my brother-in-law's family here while they were visiting summer, and he has not stopped talking about it. Every time they visit this is a must have! Lol He was thoroughly impressed with this establishment. We don't necessarily have the same level of adoration, but we do enjoy our donuts every time we go. The drive thru system isn't very efficient & can take a while depending on the line, but I wouldn't dock a star for that. It's just worth mentioning. read more

Disappointed everytime I go. It's convenient that it's 2 minutes away from our house but it's honestly better to just drive 15 minutes to a different donut shop. Their donuts are the worst I've ever had, the sausage rolls are always burnt and hard, and 8:45 this morning they were out of every kind of donut (this is the second time this has happened to me). When this donut shop opened up, I was excited. We would go to their previous location, close to our house, where it was small, quick, easy and tasty. But this one was going to have a Drive Thru, a Mommas dream, so I was thrilled! Well...the purpose of a drive through is for convenience and to save TIME! It is unbelievable how long you wait in line at this donut shop. You would think they have been open long enough to figure out a system that works, but they still haven't. They need to figure when the rush hits and be prepared, hire extra help, get more registers, 2 windows, something! I waited over 20min before I even got to the window! Once you get to the window the staff is very friendly and your donuts are tasty, but be prepared to wait if you are going through the Drive thru, especially on the weekend.. read more

I wish I could have given no star.....don't even deserve a one star rating. I have been here several times thinking it would magically have improved. The coffee white cups they use for hot drinks leak. The donuts are tasteless with ZERO glaze, I asked the woman if they glazed the donuts since I couldn't see any much less taste any glaze. You get Customer Service with an ATTITUDE! I googled Dunkin Donuts and voila good donuts, coffee and treated like I mattered not like I was a bother. Visited Daylight Donuts South BA this morning. We arrived close to closing time so there were not as many donut/breakfast sandwich options, but there was still a fairly good amount and a few good choices. My husband had a sausage, egg & cheese biscuit (similar to Jimmy Dean) and I had a ham and cheese croissant (very small croissant) and both were pretty good. I had a plain glazed and a devil's food donut. The glazed was glazed a lot heavier than typical Daylight donuts. The devil's food donut was dry and didn't taste good at all. They have a soda fountain but at least 3 of the flavors (Coke and two others) were out. I asked the cashier if they usually had the fountain working and she said that because of the pandemic they are having trouble getting products. Two years later? Also the cappuccino machine and a coffee maker were both out of order. The outside of the glass case where the donuts are displayed looked dirty and appeared to not have been cleaned in awhile. This donut shop is in a great location and the inside of the building is very nice. Comfy chairs in a window and lots of tables/chairs in the dining area. Not a bad experience at all really. Just a few little things we noticed. The workers were pleasant and did a good job keeping up with the customers coming in. read more

What a waste of my time this morning! When I arrived, there was one car in the drive window and one customer at the counter. A young lady was dealing with the drive window and I saw no one at the counter. The young lady took care of the car and they left. She then kept going in the back and coming out front. The guy at the counter didn't look very excited so I asked if they were having issues, as I was a little pressed for time. He said they were working on his order. Finally a lady comes from the back and tells him his items are almost ready and walks to the donut case to do something. I couldn't tell what because by this time I decided to leave, having never been acknowledged by either employee much less told I'd be helped momentarily. Two stars instead of one because the donuts looked tasty, but I will not ever find out because you don't get a second chance to make a first impression. read more

This has been our favorite donuts and sausage rolls for 4yrs but the last two weekends the donuts were bad, heavy and a really odd aftertaste...like an overload of baking soda or powder, not really sure. But they went straight to the trash, even the 3 year olds. I tasted the maple glazed and chocolate glazed, not sure about others. We were hoping last weekend was a fluke but same thing this weekend, please go back to your old recipe/ingredients/chef, we miss your light, fluffy and tasty donuts! read more

I live nearby and used to drive to their Forest Ridge location to get their sausage rolls. I'm not a donut connoisseur, but these sausage rolls are legit. They move quickly, so don't expect to wait long. My only suggestion would be for them to get to know their customers. I've been buying food from them weekly for five years, and don't know any of their names. read more

I have been here multiple times since it opened due to the excitement of a drive thru. I've tried to like it but it just seems impossible. The coffee drinks you order are never the same twice, the white cups they use for hot drinks leak everywhere, the donuts are mediocre, and the customer service is awful. Nobody wants to be greeted early in the morning with attitude. They also don't have cream filling (the good kind, not the Bavarian cream crap that tastes like pudding). I gave 2 stars instead of one because of the convenience of a drive thru and the apple fritters. Those are large and delicious. read more

I really wanted to like this store, having frequently patronized the Sand Springs franchise when I lived there. However, based on my three recent visits, I regret that I probably won't return.  On all three visits, I arrived between 7:30 and 8:30 on a Sunday morning.  On first and last of the three visits, the selection was severely limited.  On the most recent visit, there were a few raised donuts, a few sweet rolls, and no cake donuts.  The display case was largely empty.  They told me they were "out" of cake donuts for the day--at 8:30AM!  On the middle visit, they had ample and varied stock, but the person behind the counter was obviously sick.  She clearly was running a fever, was hoarse, wheezing, and unmasked.  Even at this stage of the pandemic, having an obviously ill and unmasked front-line employee is dubious.  Fortunately, I was wearing a mask and didn't catch whatever she had.  This store is conveniently located and the product, when they have it, is high quality.  But the lack of product is especially annoying.  I wound up going to Reasors, where they at least had cake donuts in stock. read more

There stuff is good especially their sausage rolls, but when their hour sign shows open at 5:00AM and you get there at 5:10 at least a dozen times and they are not open and when they are open that early the normally don't have all stuff ready. There is also one Lady that works there in the mornings that is not very pleasant actin, so they need to either change their opening times or get with the program and be more professional in their business and try and retain their customers read more
