I've been unable to access my policy or even reach a human being at this trash company. All their corporate phone numbers are down, as well. Even the non-1-800 lines. None of the extensions work. The website portal won't work. Can't login, can't change password, can't use the contact form, can't request username. It's as though my profile no longer exists. All phone attempts at contact are met with an automated response claiming they're experiencing 'technical difficulties' before being hung-up on. Can't even leave a callback number. It's actually hilarious how unprofessional this is. But wanna know which services actually still function at this company? Take a wild guess... Their billing department's still up and running. They're still able to withdraw my money as my monthly premium was just paid. You can really tell where your money goes with this crap insurance firm, and it's not towards infrastructure and customer service. About to file a BBB report on these absolute clowns, as this lack of transparency in resolving their on-going issues is utterly unacceptable.

My wife is an Econ PhD so knows BS when she hears it. We have been to other advisors just interested in selling products. WDS acts as a fiduciary and takes that responsibility seriously. The materials were very helpful as the pace of the class is fast due to the amount of information being provided. There was no pressure at the class to meet with an advisor but I chose to receive the complimentary review of my situation. In fact, as a physician in practice…read morefor over 30 years, I can honestly say that Mr Ziety's services were the single most useful membership benefit I derived from the Wisconsin State Medical Society. The financial landscape facing a physician can be a challenging one, a river with many currents each of which could have profound impacts on the optimization and safety of one's financial security. Mark walked us through this confusing minefield in a logical, thoughtful, and impactful way. He did so while being very patient with our many questions and, frankly, our anxiety. It is obvious he has a deep and powerful understanding of the laws, rules, and implications of investment, taxation, and management choices. Many of his recommendations were IMMEDIATELY actionable and saved us 10's of thousands of dollars. I would, and do, recommend Mr. Ziety to all my physician colleagues, (especially my younger ones...I wish I would have engaged WisMed Finacial many years ago). But if you are nearing retirement and have developed a significant portfolio, it is perhaps even more important to bring order and efficiency to the fruits of your years of labor and seek the professional expertise of someone with Mr. Ziety's skillset. Because it is important to consider, I found WisMED's managements costs to reasonable, especially when compared to the industry at large (I did my due diligence by exploring many of them and their cost structures). I believe it to be a good value proposition. It is obvious that Mr. Ziety has a profound understanding of the issues at play for high net worth individuals, takes his fiduciary responsibilities seriously, and brings integrity to his workplace. I recommend without reservation.
