Meet the Business Owner: Arsalan A.
Dr. Azam has an extensive background in public and population health. He previously served as a field officer for a health economics outcomes study in rural India led by Nobel prize winners Esther Duflo and Abhijit Banerjee through MIT's
Poverty Action Lab. He later worked on healthcare consulting projects with the Cleveland Clinic during his time as a Dean Scholar at Case Western Medical School. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine working with underserved populations in Harlem and East Harlem which cemented his passion for ensuring equity in healthcare. He is passionate about leveraging private entrepreneurship to serve public health needs and is now focused on ensuring equitable access to world-class mental healthcare and psychedelic therapy.
