While working on the roof, it was improperly covered when it rained, and it leaked so badly, that the kitchen ceiling collapsed and was never fixed properly by this company. RUN the other way, do not use this company unless you like to live dangerously!!! If zero stars was an option, that is what I would give them.

This guy got a great deal of money from our insurance. More than he should have. Although we benefited slightly, he added a promise of some ADA work into the service, in addition to the roof. My husband is handicapped (paralyzed) and wheelchair bound and needed this work. After they completed the roof in the summer, he said they'd return to do the ramp. He continued to blow us off, stating he was busy. We asked that they just please return before winter. He said he would. He never did. Not only did he continue to state he was busy, but he eventually stopped returning our phone calls. I waited a long time to write this review because I kept hoping he'd make it right. When he heard my husband was sharing this experience in the community, he then figured out how to work the phone and called and threatened my husband. A year later, and he still doesn't have his ramp completed. How can someone do this to a disabled man? It's not too late to do the right thing.
