I think they need more staff. When I first opened my account…read moreabout 3 years ago I loved this place. But now it seems like every time I walk in or go through the drive-thru they are understaffed and overworked. I once waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. It was on a Tuesday morning and according to their hours they had opened about 30 minutes earlier. Just a few days ago I walked in to close my account. I was the only one there and I noticed 4 tellers. One teller had her "See next window" sign up, the next teller was training the other and the last teller was helping someone at the drive-thru. It took a minute or so for the training teller acknowledge me and tell me she would be with me in a few moments. After about 7 minutes she said she could help me. I did like that the transaction was very quick.

Zions Bank hasn't forgotten who keeps them in business, people like you and me.

Ultimately, we were able to close on the house at an even better interest rate than we figured at the start, which I attribute to Jeff's help and expertise. There were times I had difficulty in understanding Jeff's technical explanations and guiding advice, but as I have not worked with other lenders/realtors this may well be just how things are when you're buying a home (and is certainly more of a reflection on my ignorance on the subject than on Jeff's know-how). Quite relieved to be done!

This is specifically for the drive thru ATM experience only. This location is pretty close to…read morehome, so it was definitely convenient in distance. The ATM drive thru is located in the back of the building, behind the drive thru teller area. It only has one lane (and one ATM drive thru machine) so keep that in mind when someone drives up behind you to use it. The location is fairly lit when dark sets in. The big plus for me is that I can use this drive thru to deposit checks, cash, and even withdraw as this credit union is a co-op of my credit union, which is out of state! In the world of Utah drive thru's, this is definitely a must in my book. I don't really enjoy having to walk into a grocery store, just to use an ATM machine to do my banking. If one can go thru a drive thru for food, why not do drive thru for your banking needs?
