The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel pressured. What really stood out to me was the honesty and transparency. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and far better than I expected. Whether you're buying, selling, or simply looking to learn more about gold, I would highly recommend this place. It's not often you find a business where you feel like you're being treated like a valued customer rather than just another transaction. I couldn't even believe my ears when he said the price I mentioned that another store had offered me slightly more. They offered me 80%. He just looked at me and said nothing so I took my gold and I left.
