This remodel involved a complete demo of all of the interior walls in the front part of the house and all of the flooring throughout the house. Since the front of the house was built as a summer cottage in the late 50's there was little to no insulation in the exterior walls and the HVAC could never keep it cool in the summer. Front of house was insulated, rewired, new drywall installed, updated kitchen installed, new HVAC system installed and new vinyl plank flow was installed throughout the whole house as well as new paint. He also indicated the project should begin in May 2022. Since we signed the contract I have been in touch with Heather and she has been very helpful about keeping us informed of the progress towards a start date.
