I must say, this is the worst experience I've had. Years and three graves ago, the gravesites that were purchased were in shameful disrepair when a family friend visited. Said friends cleaned up the graves, added flowers, cleaned the overgrowth to make the graves look beautiful again. To make a long story short, there were two broken vases to hold flowers. I sent an email and received no response. Weeks later I phoned and spoke with a rep at the memorial park, who I must say, was less than helpful, but she did promise to phone me with answers to my questions regarding the broken vases. A few months later, still no word about the broken vases. Today, my friends were appalled at the way the gravesites look. The flowers and vase were removed and the grass surrounding the graves are nothing but red clay. I would think twice about using this burial site, as it's obvious they little regard for the departed. read more
