I am a broke grad student that owns half a duplex in hood-adjacent Bryan (it's not in the hood, but it's viewable from my home). When they came over, they were very honest in saying that they don't usually do projects as small as mine and that don't involve design; they do higher end projects. I appreciated their honesty, as I've had multiple people waste my time or charge an absurd amount, I'm assuming to get out of the work unless I paid them 4x over what others would charge for the same job. Despite my home not being within their usual budget and area of specialty, they still wrote me estimates for free that I could take to court when the previous remodeler tried to sue me for nonpayment when virtually nothing he did was up to code and most of it was actually a huge fire hazard. These guys have integrity. I've had virtually no luck with any home repair people out here and didn't actually hire these guys to do the job, but, if I had the money, I'd do so in a heartbeat. They're good guys with good hearts and won't take advantage of you and will make sure the job is done right. Genuine, honest, and reliable company! Highly recommend!

Theresa, the woman I spoke to at their office, ensured me that there would be proffesionals working on this project and gave me a hefty but reasonable quote based on the projected hours that the 2 men would spend building the shed. The quote was around $2,000 and it was constantly repeated that the price was based on the hourly rate. Honestly that's a pretty steap price for building a shed. I had no free time to do this project on my own as I was planning a wedding, still in the process of moving, and preparing for a baby to be born on top of my full time job. I now wish that I bit the bullet on that one and did it myself because I would have saved myself $3,600. These proffesionals were constantly complaining about the manual and claiming that the instructions were wrong (in my line of work this is common for people that just can't figure it out and want to blame the product for their own lack of understanding). If it was hard to understand, I don't get why they sent 6 different people to work on this thing, anyone who's led a project in construction before knows that when things get handed to other people constanly it gets messy, and the new people have to play catch up trying to pick up where the last people left off. This makes sense when you realize that they make more based on how long they take on the project. Not only this but there are several spots where screws are supposed to go where there aren't, meaning on the finished product there are gaps between the floor and the walls. I understand that it's hot outside and sometimes the heat can take a lot out of you, but as someone who works on residential and commercial air conditioners for a living (meaning spending the bulk of time on rooftops or attics where the heat is amplified), the guys could suck it up. It honestly seemed like most of the time when I checked on the guys working on the shed, they were either reading the manual for excessive periods of time, complaining about the heat, or complaining about how some auto shop was trying to screw them over by selling them an overpriced service. (Ironic, huh). The property owner here where I live also reported to me that there were pieces of our seperate project that were taken by the individuals working on the project. I don't doubt that we'll get them back, but I do feel that it's worth mentioning. All in all the job did get done, the shed absolutely did get built, but they dragged their feet a bit, I paid way more than initially planned, and the final product could have been a little more refined.

He climbed on roof, come down and grabbed his caulking gun. 15 minutes later he came back down and said you don't need a roof. He showed me pictures where the squirrels ate holes in the lead vent covers. WOW!! The first roofer was going to charge me $9800 for a new roof that Rock-Crete fixed in 15 minutes. I will be building a new house next year and I will defiantly call them out. Honesty goes a long way. It's so hard these days knowing who you can trust. Thank God there are still honest people still around in this day and time we live in.
