This place has some free weights (rare), good cardio equipment, a pool, and fitness classes. During your first visit you do have to do an induction (£10) to make sure you are fit to workout and understand how to use a gym. After that it's £6 per visit. As long as you go at least 1/year you don't have to redo the induction. The great part about this place is also it's downfall. Because it's the best gym in the area, it's obnoxiously crowded at peak times. It's often difficult to get into the small free weight area. I use this place about 5x/ year over the course of 3-4 visits to the area. If you're a gym rat, this is your best option.

You can also feed the squirrels just ask a member of staff for some monkey nuts. I found the squirrels preferred it when the nuts where given out of the shell. When I visited there was some lambs so I was allowed to bottle feed the lambs which was amazing.
