The dogs are always taken very good care of and her facility is wonderful! She treats all animals as if they are her own!

I've taken some time before writing this to make sure I could share our experience clearly and…read moreobjectively. Our dog Aries was scheduled for a neuter procedure on February 12th at All About Animals Veterinary Clinic, along with removal of an extra dew claw and microchipping. Prior to the appointment, we asked on three separate occasions for an estimate. Right before the procedure, my wife received a text stating the estimate would be $525, with a note that additional items like microchipping could increase the cost. What I don't understand is why, after clearly communicating everything we wanted done ahead of time, the estimate did not reflect the total expected cost. When we checked out, the bill came to $621.66. Even accounting for about $20 in toys, that's still a noticeable difference from what we were told. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was met with a very dismissive and curt response from the office manager. I later learned his name was Tyler, I'm pretty sure. From the start, his tone made it clear he was not open to the conversation. When I mentioned the $525 estimate we received via text, he immediately told me that we did not receive that message. Only after my wife pulled it up and showed him did he step away to look into it further. While he did later acknowledge the note about potential additional charges, my concern remains that the estimate did not reflect the full scope of services we had already requested multiple times. The interaction itself was unnecessarily tense and, at times, felt confrontational. Unfortunately, the experience didn't end there. A few days later, it appeared that our dog's stitches may have split open. I contacted the clinic and was asked to send photos, which we did. We were told someone would review them and call us back. We never received a call. I also reached out directly to the owner via text, politely asking for a call to discuss our experience. The message was read, but I never received a response. Thankfully, our dog healed without further issue, but the lack of follow-up--especially when there was a potential post-surgical concern--was very disappointing. Overall, the communication, customer service, and follow-through did not meet expectations. We have since chosen to go elsewhere for veterinary care.

There should be an option for 0 stars. Please read all i…read morehave to say. We recently went on a 5 day trip do Disney in Orlando. boarded molly for her second time at Tin here. She has boarded 6 other times at other facilities when we lived in pittsburgh without issue. Molly was dropped off in perfect condition. She had recently even seen the vet to update her vaccines for the stay. My wife and I enjoy our vacation can return on day 5 to pick her up near closing. I happily pay the ~$ 270for her time including "bath". They of course have the tip screen up before they bring out your pet. I tiped well too. As a lady is bringing out molly. The one thats been dealing with my payment states... "So that spot on her neck, has gotten a little bigger" "I reply, what spot, there was none" They bring her out, my wife lifts the dogs chin and gasps and begins to cry. Me expecting it to be the size of a nickel take a look. And Gasp myself... i never react that way. The workers said that they were told we were informed of it. We were not. we checked our emails, voicemails, texts nothing. The ladies there said they only work on the weekend. We demanded to speak with the manager or owner but they couldnt get anyone one the phone. They did seem mortified that we were never told. my pregnant wife was crying in the store while we were wanting answers. Im a doctor and know that when someone gets hurt in the care of the hospital, an incident report gets filled out. The workers opend her file and said there was no reports. And they they do fill them out when things happen. She also pulled out my intake form to see if we documented any issues with the dog on drop off. We didnt. Perfect health before. We leave and take her immediately to the animal ER. There we find that molly is febrile hair matted into these spots. And in pain. She gets pain pills, steroid shot and pills, and antibiotics. She was diagnosed with hot spots. And i realize hot spots can happen. they let it escalate dramatically. Told nobody. And presented our sick pet to us like nothing happened. We have multiple relatives that live within 15 minutes. That if they called and said molly has ANYTHING wrong with her, they woulda came and picked her up at our request. And half her neck would not be missing. And she wouldnt be bleeding on our carpets at home. The next day. The owner or manager finally calls me. Apologizes for dropping the ball in communication. Said she had a family emergency and thats why that happened. I said sorry about that. I requested they reverse my tip and pay for the 250 vet bill. Because they let it get so bad. She said that they put some cream on it. Idk what the cream was. But they arent vets. That doesnt fix infections. I didnt request a refund for the stay (though a proper business would offer) because she did board there the entire time. Our conversation was cordial. She agreed theyd cover the bill. Said shed email me and asked for me to reply attatching the bill and pictures. I check my email an hour later. She sent me the contract stating they aren't responsible for what happens to the pets. opposite what she said over the phone. I reply saying "this is the optehat you said". I call them back. Voicemail every time. Its like 2pm. They are open. Concerned they are ignoring me bc they know my unique area code. i have my wife call. Immediate answer. She says my husband is trying to contact you. They say their phones are on the fritz. And post about it on their facebook page. (Suspicious). Wife gets them to call me back. And they refuse now to cover the vet bill. Admit no wrongdoing. Total flip. even though my dog is visibly injurged and sick. They offered, reluctantly a free bath. And half of the vet bill as a future stay credit. $125 future credit. And they acted like they were doing me a huge favor bc "stuff happens". Obviously i will never go back. It seems their reputation is worth less than a $250 vet bill. They are unprofessional. We give contact and emergency contact information as well as vet information. For them to not call a single one. Again. Woulda yanked Molly out the second there was an issue. We were in florida, not the moon. 3 days in they took a photo of her. And you can actually see part of her neck condition. Our eyes just didnt gravitate there on vacation. My wife made a post on facebook sharing their experience. So many people with pets shared stories of poor treatment in the comments. Many just dont review here. She also posted a google review. Not sure if the company can flag it because its not visible. Multiple Former workers even reached out to my wife privately saying how bad it is. And that the dogs get barely any free roam time. In and out, just for the pictures.

I hate that I'm writing this review but my goal is to keep it honest…read more Drop off: 8/2 ~4pm Pick up: 8/4 9:50am Cost: $82.68 We were in Ashland from Columbus for a funeral. Our normal boarding place was booked due to the last minute booking attempt (funeral). So we decided to travel the 2h with Winston and just board him in Ashland. We decided on TinWoof inn, the Google reviews seemed promising. When we arrived the staff was incredible, super nice and the facility looked so promising. It looked like it would be a fun little vacation spot for my chunky guy. I dropped him off with such confidence. I chose to pick him up on a Sunday. They are closed for a short period of time on Sunday, this is weird, but it wasn't a problem with our schedule to get him Sunday morning before they closed. So no real issue with it, but I did think it was weird. Who's with the dogs during this time? Maybe not someone capable of dealing with the public, idk. So I picked up Winston Sunday morning. On my paperwork, they someone how had me down for a pm pick up, so it doesn't seem like they were prepared for me to get him so early. When I got him the poor guy was covered in pee and his behind was dirty with poop. I didint mention it because, what am I going to do, wait for a bath. They gave me his food that i brought and on the bowl they marked "1 cup 2x day". I asked how that could be when I wrote on the Intake forms in 2 different places "1 cup 3x a day". I mentioned he's a 45lb dog and he's on the Royal canine diet that is 3 cups a day. I expressed how let down I was with this and the employee said "I have a 50 lb dog and I only give him 2 cups and I don't follow the feeding charts on the bag personally." I said "well, I do" and she said "we didint starve him we gave him lots of treats" lol I then mentioned that I put on the intake forms to not give him anything extra. As with majority of English bulldogs they have weird stomachs and I didint want to drive 2 hours home with him with an upset stomach. I mentioned this and she said " oh if you said no treats we didint give him treats" ...they apologized... I paid the 82 bucks for ~2 days and got out of there. I'm not 100% sure I'd come back.

I had been taking my animals to this place after my vet left for a practice out of the area. Everything had been so-so until one afternoon last month when my dog got into my shopping bag and ate 22 children's Ibuprofen. When I realized how toxic ibuprofen was to dogs I called the office and told them what had happened and I was bringing my dog in. Well, the response was "we don't see animals unless they have an appointment". I responded that my dog needed to be seen to get treatment. I was told to hold and then she came back and said "As I said, we won't see your animal without an appointment. You'll need to take it to the animal ER and they open at 6:30." This was a little after 3:00 in the afternoon and treatment was urgently needed. So, after her I don't give a sh*@ response and my being just a tad stressed I told her what she could do with herself and hung up. I then luckily found another vet that gave my dog the emergency treatment that was needed along with animal poison controls suggestions. With my dogs weight and eating such a large dosage, quick treatment was a must and if I had waited until 6:30 my dog could have died or suffered permanent damage to the liver or kidneys, since charcoal and fluids need to be administered within the first 2 hours (per poison control). That vet should have known that a large ibuprofen ingestion by a dog requires critically timed treatment. If she or her staff really cared about animals they would have recommended a local vet to take my dog to, but they didn't and didn't care. ZERO stars.
