I've bought 9 vehicles from Scott and Deryel. And I can say they have a customer for life here. I…read moreown a medium sized business and they have been amazing with every purchase. I just bought my wife her desk car, a new SRT8 jeep and Scott had is built t her specs. Working with Orangeburg auto is always easy and enjoyable. These guys set the precedent that all other dealer wish they could live up to. They don't just make the experience convenient they also make it comfortable and it's very clear customer service and quality are amount the axioms. I originally met Scott a few years ago in Hilton head on a project our company was doing in sea pines. I feel very lucky for that because they have made growing my business fleet painless and buying my personal vehicles a true experience. Again customer for life here proud to have the Oranageburg decal on all my trucks.

I bought a car from thIs dealership. As a young female i am unaware of what to look for. I had my…read moredad look at my car & was informed i was sold bad tires. When i brought it to the managers attention he disregarded it completely. The service team was very unprofessional & rude. The guy came & examined my tires & told me the front two were "bad". I heard the manager on the phone telling the rep that they couldn't do anything no for me. I traveled from Charleston to Orangeburg because the manager told me to bring the car in to examine it to determine if the tires were bad or not then in the case that they were they'd provide me with better tires. To have traveled that far of a distance on bad tires to be turned away was not right! I don't recommend this establishment to anyone unless you have a keen eye & can determine whether or not you're being sold a decent vehicle or not.

My company recently purchased a Cadillac small SUV from Fairey Chevrolet. Both Joe Fairey and Dean…read moreWeeks were very helpful and responsive in helping me find the vehicle per our specifications. When the vehicle was ready to pick up, it was clean and well prepared. Our company has purchased other vehicles from Fairey Chevrolet Cadillac for its vehicle fleet and I can see why we work with them. Compared to the Cadillac dealer in Columbia, SC, their service and professionalism are on another level.

A month ago the sunroof on the Terrain started pouring water from the right side of the headliner. Opened the sunroof and carefully poured water into each drain to determine what was leaking. The tube is not clogged because water isn't collecting in the basin that feeds the drain. Because I thought I needed to remove the headliner I took it to Fairey and was told I needed a new drain tube that would cost me approximately $1200.00 because they would need to remove the entire dashboard to replace it, but they would happily deduct the diagnosis fee from the bill if I came in for the repair. I paid them their ridiculous diagnosis fee thanked them and walked out. My expectation was a minimum 1 hour charge for the entire repair. The young man behind the desk was extremely professional and used all the right language but had no idea he was talking to someone with 37 years in the automotive repair business. If he could have seen inside my head the anger of "THE BEAST" was hiding inside a 72 year old man. Not at him, but at management and ownership. This does not happen in a vacuum!!! I'm jumping ahead of myself. When I left Fairey I remembered a collision shop about 15 minutes from my house and decided to check them out. For a small shop they were extremely busy. As I was explaining my problem to the desk clerk. The owner was walking by, stopped and immediately asked me "Why don't you fix it yourself, it'll take you less than 15 minutes. I've had 2 Terrains in here this past week with the same problem." I made an appointment and Best Auto Collision, North SC made the repair while I waited. Cost $20.00. Can I give Fairey Chevrolet "0" stars for honesty and " 5"stars for dishonesty. H. James Norway SC
