I've been TRYING to test drive a 2022 Pathfinder for 5 full months and today was the 1st time that I was given the chance to do so due to the parts and computer chip shortages. Silvia Ivanova was my salesperson and she's easy to work with and is someone that went out of her way to keep us in mind. We were able to work out a deal and the car was the model with the options that I wanted. It was a stress-free purchase and that's hard to do at times with most car lots. She's someone that I would recommend and the next time I'm in the car market I will give Byerly and Silvia Ivanova another try.

Update July 2026. Here we are 9 months later I go to pay the registration on my current truck, and…read moreI am told I owe taxes on the vehicle I traded back in Nov 2025 Cross failed to notify the County Clerks Office and left me with to deal with this issue. This was not an isolated incident the Property Tax Office told me that Cross Jeep in known for doing this to their customers. After filing the paperwork proving that I do not owe taxes I went to the DMV to register my vehicle and there was another person that bought a jeep from Cross and was unable to register his vehicle because they did the same to him. Bottom line Cross Jeep and their management still lack integrity. I have been a Cross customer for over 5 years getting any maintenance /work to my truck done there. I traded my truck on a new vehicle and the truck I got ended up having death wobble and bad vibrations they did put a new set of tires on it and gave me a loaner to drive the truck spent over four weeks in the shop I was told by Jeff (sales manager) if the issue was not resolved they would offer to buy the truck back. Well the issue still exists and I have been told four times that they would get me a buyback number but now cross will not respond to any text or phone calls. After taking the truck in for the issue the salesman avoided me and would ignore me standing right in front of them. They even told the two salesman that I worked the deal with to no longer talk with me and assigned another salesman to deal with me all he did was tell me he would get me the info I asked for and never follow through. I answered calls and text from them when they needed Information on my trade so they could provide details to a customer trying to buy it Overall Cross Jeep and their sales teams lack of integrity and honesty is very disappointing and if you are looking for a dealership that offers customer service after the deal is done keep on looking because that doesn't exist at Cross

Several months later, my car is experiencing the same problems. Took it back to him, and he wants more money. I found another guy to look at it, and I showed him the bill from Derby City Tires and the amount I paid for previous work, and the guy told me how Derby City Tires overcharged me so much money! Also...some of the parts were not even on the car!!! What a rip off. Never again! I kind of felt that I got ripped off, but I had no way of proving it. But now that I have someone else fixing my car, it's apparent that my gut instincts were true! I will never recommend this shop to anyone, nor will I return there for any kind of service. Again, I paid HUNDREDS of dollars to get repairs done. I am very disappointed and angry!!! Amazing how people can take your money KNOWING they didn't do as much as they said they did, and not even feel bad about their actions!!!!! SICKENING!

You can tell the place is close knit and run small. They took great care of our car making sure to look at everything besides what we came in for. I felt like their prices were very fair and they did a thorough job. They did take a while but it was a very busy day and they let us know ahead of time it would be a long wait. Fun note: they have a giant aloe plant in the window and lots of baby aloe plants from the big one and if you ask about it they will literally give you a baby aloe plant! So I might have had to pay for my car to get fixed but at least I got an aloe plant! Pro tip: this place is right next to my FAVORITE coffee shop so if you go here you can just walk across the road and hang out at Sunergos while you wait. Pretty awesome set up.

And I live in the neighborhood. Hate to have to go somewhere else that is inconvenient but can't stand the treatment from this shop any longer.
