He dedicated the next consecutive five days to seeing him and taking care of the injury. At first he said there was a chance that his vision was gone for good, but after multiple visits and lots of home care instructions followed, little by little my dad's vision came back. I can't recommend Dr. Burry enough if you find yourself or a loved one with an unexpected eye emergency.

I had an appointment with the orthopedic doctor and, afterwards, I was seen by an optometrist technician. I paid my deductible at that time. Later, when I returned to pick up my glasses, I immediately noticed that the prescription was incorrect and I could not see properly with them. I reported this issue to the optometrist technician, but instead of correcting it, I was told to "try the glasses for two weeks." Unfortunately, wearing them made my vision worse. After two weeks, I returned and requested to see the doctor again for the correct prescription. At that point, I was told I would need to make another payment before another appointment could be scheduled. This is unacceptable. I paid my deductible and trusted your office to provide me with the correct prescription. Instead, I received glasses that do not work, my vision was negatively affected, and I was asked to pay again to correct a mistake that was not mine. I am requesting: 1. A new and correct eye examination with the doctor at no additional cost. 2. Replacement glasses with the proper prescription. 3. Assurance that this type of issue will not happen again. I expect a prompt response to this matter. If it is not resolved quickly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to my insurance company and the appropriate regulatory authorities. The manager helped me after the original employee billed my insurance and credit card to another patient. That was the beginning of the first mistake. When my glasses finally came in the first time we realized that the same employee did not measure me correctly for my progressive lens. They remade my glasses however, the glasses still did not work. During this time, the manager assured me she was crediting my account for the full amount. I would not have to pay anything and on top of that she was giving me a credit on my account for future purchases. It took about two months for me to finally get glasses that worked. There were a lot of delays. This all started in January and today I received a bill. Upon investigating the bill, it was told that it was for some sort of protection plan that I absolutely did not ask for on these glasses nor I ever would have. There was no apologies from the billing office and she did not want to assist me at all. She told me she would put a hold on the account and wait for the manager to possibly contact them. But I would probably get another bill next month. There was nothing but chaos on the day that I chose my glasses in January. So many people walking around. It is very hard to know when it is your turn to be helped. My husband and I have used my eye doctor for many years. Needless to say we are done, will be finding someone else next year.

It was very easy to make an appointment here, and there was very little waiting around involved when I actually arrived for my appointment. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable, and most importantly, the glasses I got have drastically improved my headaches and eye fatigue! I'm only knocking off one star because I felt like their selection of women's frames was a little limited. So they either blew the prescription or the manufacture, either way I am out a couple hundred bucks as they are unwearable. You could not get a real person when calling. They took two weeks to call me back after the referral, and then said they did not take my insurance. Then the project manager twice failed to return phone calls after they scheduled me to visit the eye surgery office which was WAY over in Maitland, where you have to visit at least three times. Nothing made me confident in this chain clinic, so I asked my insurance firm to cancel them so I could find another firm like one recommended by a surgeon frient. These guys failed customer service 101 and need to take a course in customer relations from Disney, which is an actual ccourse and our Lake County DMV has gone and are much better than this schlock outfit. I've always had to wait 25-30+ minutes to get back to see the doctor. I'm writing this review while sitting in the waiting room. I've been here for 45 minutes waiting. This is ridiculous. They need to respect that people have schedules of their own and if you're running behind, you should let people know instead of having us sitting here. Five more minutes and I'm going to have to make the awkward approach to the front desk to ask what's going on. I know their going to say "oh we're running behind".
