I recently ordered some "Get Well Soon" flowers for a remote coworker, as he had mentioned to me…read morethat he'd be having surgery. Since I wanted to ensure they were fresh flowers, delivered in a vase, to arrive on the day of his surgery, I decided to order in advance directly from a local florist versus the 1-800 online option. I found Augusta Florist and ordered on their website. Unfortunately for my coworker, the surgery got postponed, TWICE! Fortunately for me, I ordered directly from Augusta Florist and was able to call them both times and request a cancelation. They refunded me the entire amount both times, without hesitation! The third surgery date actually happened! My coworker got his surgery! But I forgot to order the flowers!! I had been so busy/caught up with work that it just slipped my mind. The day I realized it (this past Monday), I went online and ordered right away. If you order by 1pm, Augusta Florist can deliver same day.
