I had a really bad experience here, the people were nice but they took so long to get through my…read morefather and I's appointments. They finished my father's after an hour and a half and then finally started mine. My exam was never finished because my dad had an appointment to go to that day and was already running late. We called them and said we would try to come back another day but i had to go back to college. They never finished my appointment, but when we had to call to see if I could go to a different place at college to get a faster appointment, they told me they had finished it. I'm not stupid i clearly remember the doctor telling me to take a break since my eyes were hurting because of how long I was in the room. So they said they finished it and sent my family a random prescription. I haven't been able to get new glasses or contacts for the past two years because apparently I already had an appointment even though I didn't have one. It's absolutely ridiculous and this place totally cheated me and my family. We thought it was gonna be a nice family place and yes the people were really nice but the fact is it's just a place that needs business so badly that even if they don't finish an appointment they give you a random prescription. So disappointed, and it's sad that because of this I've been walking around with broken glasses that I have to glue back together. We were new to town and picked a place we thought was nice only to get cheated and it was an absolute waste of almost 5 hours.

It is easy to schedule an appointment and the staff is very professional upon arrival. I've always received thorough explanations of the procedures and decisions he is making. You will also find a wonderful selection of frames and accessories there. There is no one I'd rather trust my vision to than Dr. Papernick.

This is a cataract merry-go-round farm. Went for a second opinion and received explanations to make better decisions. Much better options within 5 minute drive from this farm.

I had my eyes examined for new glasses, when my glasses came in, I went to pick them up, got home,…read moreand could not read my computer with the new glasses. I called the office, they said to try moving my monitors or my chair, it didn't help. So, I called again, they told me to bring them back. They never asked me to try to read anything, just said we'll get something different. My second pair of glasses came, and it was exactly the same. I could not read or see my computer. I tried getting used to them for a week, I could not see with them on. I called the office, and was told by someone on the staff that there was nothing they could do. That my insurance would not pay for new lenses. I basically was stuck with a pair of glasses that I paid over $300 out of pocket, that I couldn't wear. I called my insurance company, explained everything to them, they agreed to pay for new lenses, but I had to pay for the frames. I am the one that figured out that it was the curvature of the frame that was causing the issue. So, my insurance called the office, told them that I couldn't wear get new lenses but had to pay for the frame. The office wouldn't give me a break on the frame, I had to pay full price for them, they would not refund me on the frame that I couldn't use, so I have a frame that is sitting in a drawer. I won't be going back to their office because of how I was treated this incident. They did not care that I couldn't see out of my new glasses. Very disgusted with the unprofessionalism of the office.
