BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE…read more An LS TRACTOR servicing and dealer that will not service or repair your tractor when it breaks down. To start things off they are an authorized dealer and service store for LS Tractor. I called the service department today they put me on hold after 10 minutes I called back and talked to a very nice young lady at the service desk about an issue with me tractor that has less than 700 hrs on it, this conversation consisted of me telling her the make and model etc. where she basically told me that they would need to hook it up to a computer and that I could bring it up to the store today or Monday I told her I would bring it today Saturday June 1. I made the 1 hour and 45 minute journey to the store where I was greeted by the owners son, this conversation was him asking what the issue was with the tractor and such then after me explaining what was wrong with it he continued to tell me " we are cutting ties with LS TRACTORS because they have gotten bad in there customer service and management and he would have to decline working on my tractor and that they had turned 4 others was the last few days" I asked well why did your service department tell me to bring it on up he said they didn't know very poor way to do business and waist a paying customers day and 45$ worth of diesel hauling the tractor. I will never be back to this store and would highly recommend everybody that does shop there to find themselves another dealer for whatever they need. Business is business but lieing to someone and offering something and not following through is no way to do business. Oh I also seen well over 20 new LS TRACTORS ON THE LOT. Beware they will not fix them if you buy one and it breaks down

Our main trip was paper towels and industrial trash bags but picked up pretzels, a bunch of other odds and ends, and candles for the candle warmers too. The store has a bit of anything and everything you would need from grocery items to household cleaning, clothing, tools, feed to seeds and fertilizers, and even baby chickens too. Well organized & clean store but I did see a baby mouse run under a center pallet. I didn't think too much about it given it's literally a farm and home store. Always fun to look around and you can always find something you need or want.
