Ms. Soto, the principal, is an incredible leader always goes above and beyond to support students and families. She is approachable, compassionate, and deeply invested in creating a positive learning environment. Her leadership sets the tone for the entire school. The teachers are attentive, patient, and truly dedicated. They not only challenge students academically but also nurture their social and emotional growth. We are grateful for it.

Both of our children have thrived academically and socially thanks to the school's strong focus on individualized instruction. This was especially important for our son, who advanced two grade levels in math with full support from his teachers. The grade-level and specialist teachers are outstanding, and the chance to study both Spanish and Mandarin throughout elementary school is truly unique. Our daughter entered middle school at Ravenscroft well prepared for advanced Spanish, math, and ELA - a testament to Chesterbrook's excellent foundation. Beyond academics, our kids look forward to school each day, have made great friends, and benefit from a real sense of community. We also value the global perspective, with flags in the gym representing families' countries of origin. The administrators and staff know every child and genuinely care.

My child started attending mid-year, and the staff has been absolutely amazing. As a first grader…read morenew to the Montessori environment, there was naturally a learning curve, but the teacher in B2 made all the difference--she was an absolute dream. Her genuine commitment to my child's success embodies what education should be. The level of communication with both the teaching and support staff has also been exceptional--something that isn't always found in more traditional school settings. I'm truly grateful for how smoothly this transition went for my child and am excited for the upcoming school year.

Sterling is an exceptional school for academics and quality of day to day learning experiences for children. it performs in the top of NC schools. My children's teachers are nurturing and pedagogically skilled. Independence is facilitated in children, curiosity is valued, opportunities for practice to master content are a priority and drive achievement. Montessori pedagogy supports engaging teaching and learning based in the ways children actually developmentally acquire knowledge. Parents are involved, classrooms are beautiful, well resourced and organized. It's a healthy learning environment (better than most) and I am saying this from being in more than my share of schools on the east coast for over a decade.
