She is the only doctor i have ever known that seemed truly concerned for her pacients on a personal level. I have trouble with needles and a real phobia of most doctors offices, but Dr Miller always found a way to make an uncomfortable situation much more bearable. Over the years she has always been friendly and professional in a way that makes you feel you can tell her anything and she will be honest and take true interest in what you say. She is very knowledgeable and has always found a way to help my family with a diversity of problems. To my great joy, I even found out that she is ob/gyn and after helping me through a difficult pregnancy, she also delivered my son! Through all the years and different things going on in my life (from a single kid fresh out of high school and broke to new marrage concens to the birth of my child and his health) I have never found one reason for complaint. My only misfourtune is a recent move out of state which makes it impossible for my family to continue to see her. She will be greatly missed! You cannot do better for a doctor!

March 2026 I came to plastic surgery associates for a direct brow lift…read more The procedure was done in less than an hour, since then I have received very little care, and care that I have received has been from me seeking it out. There was mention of scarring a couple times that I can remember, but in passing. I did not consent to this. No one in their right mind would consent to looking like this. The doctor had no in-depth conversation with me about this type of scarring even being possible. I also have lost some function in my right eyebrow. The eyebrows do not react the same as each other. This was also never discussed. I have contacted plastic surgery associates, and have sent texts, and have been told that this is "normal". This is in no way shape or form normal. I do not know a single person who wants to look like this at the end of the day, nor who would agree to surgery, that would leave them looking like this for the rest of their lives. The response to my concerns has been lackluster and apathetic to say it very lightly. As a result, I'm no longer dating, I can't go out in public without wearing a hat, and I barely visit with friends or family. It has affected my confidence, and my self-esteem, and has me feeling completely gutted after this experience. Their website says: "As architects of beauty and renewal, we're committed to offering a deeply personal and uplifting path towards aesthetic transformation. We pride ourselves on combining expert knowledge with a genuine understanding of each patient's unique needs and desires. Let us be a part of your journey to renewal and confidence." But this is not the reality of the care they offer, or mindfulness they take. I look so much worse than I did before coming to Plastic Surgery Associates.

There are a lot of people who get seen besides yourselves. Think about that. People need to learn and respect health care workers. They take a lot of time caring for others and sometimes miss their breaks to help inconsiderate and ungrateful jerks like yourselves. The staff and Dr have been good to my family and I when we've gone in to see them.

He said we were leaving and asked them to call when they were ready. After an hour he though he better check in to which they said to come back in 30 minutes. We did, and he was taken right back. It took another thirty minutes before he was seen (he was texting me from the room as he was bored)! As I've stated before we had to cancel our patients for the afternoon to get this appointment and I find it so disappointing to have to wait over 2 hours to be seen! This is the FOURTH out of FIVE appointments this has happened.
