I have been a patient of this practice for several years and was satisfied with the care. However,…read moreafter my most recent visit, the care quality was disappointing. I felt rushed, as if on an assembly line, and the adjustment was unsatisfactory. Although a simple adjustment is a covered service with my insurance carrier, with a $0 copay, the receptionist and office manager refused to bill for the service and demanded I pay the full charge, $50.00 (This was after I declined to schedule multiple other services.) I paid the $50.00 charge and left. I reached out to my insurance carrier for reimbursement assistance and they advised charging me was a breach of the provider's contract and the carrier attempted to reach out to the provider to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they were met with hostility and defensiveness from the office manager, along with a flat refusal to reimburse for the service. I won't return to this provider, ever.

So ...made an appointment to have my back checked out and ended up here. The place is in a decent…read morelocation in the medical center area of The Woodlands. That said , it is located in an office that apparently operates like a mill. Did not make me feel comfortable at all in this age of Covid to have so many people running around in the tiny space they occupy filled with people getting glorified massages unmasked. Not to mention the treatments themselves which I'll cover. The treatment I got was almost laughable after spending about 5 minutes with the chiropractor. She proceeded to tell me that She was also an acupuncturist . From there she placed me with a " therapist " who placed an ice cold set of gel packs on my lower back and proceeded to hook me to an electric impulse machine which did absolutely nothing. From there , after about 5 minutes I was moved over like a cattle in a cattle car brigade behind a few peeps to do an adjustment. The adjustment was done within one minute of another " customer " and I didn't witness any cleaning , just a rolling of tissue covering. This chiropractor then proceeded to give me the worst back massage for about 60 seconds and highlighted it with " cracking my neck " without asking if she could do that. Many people have suffered strokes from that type "adjustment ". All in all the treatment lasted 2 minutes and was done on a table that had some sort of Wrestlemania contraption built in so that the patient hears when a little push occurs , which is all for show and effect. She rescheduled me for another visit and I took it just to see . Three days later I was put through the same mill only this time the adjustment lasted about 60 seconds and was a joke. She barely touched my back and exerted almost no pressure. It was a ripoff. I'll never go back and I suspect this is a mill foe your typical chiropractic scamming. Avoid. They're horrible.

Dr Gentry scammed me. I get CMT BOOST SHOTS in my back. The first thing he states to me when I wake…read moreup is surgery due to looking at the rays he took while injecting. However, I stated to him before the procedure (twice )! already have X-rays and MRI images of my back. I made this aware before my injections. There was no need for the injections. The images I already obtained would have shown surgery could be needed. I asked him to look at the imaging which is why l asked for a second consultation. ****He should have told me this before my injections, not after!**** I feel like I just put a $3000 Band-Aid on my L4 L5 vertebrae. Least they could do is give a refund. Photo attached are my Xray images he deemed unnecessary to look at and his images he showed me as soon as I woke up from being under. This was a scam. Response to comment below: This was never about a guarantee, this was about giving me all the options and looking at the x-rays, which dr gentry deemed unnecessary. Funny how he looked at the X-rays AFTER the procedure to mention surgery but didn't look at the X-rays I had before the procedure.
