Every single staff member is incredible. When have you ever been to a business where you can confidently say that? I've been personally treated by Dr. Keyes, Dr. Denise, and Dr. Andrew. They're all incredible chiropractors. I see Dr. Andrew most regularly and he's always so good about listening to me and encouraging me to listen to my body. Even on days where the office is so busy, he gives me his full undivided attention and never makes me feel rushed out of the treatment room. I've also been treated by Crystal, Nick & Jordan. Jordan does a great job of educating everyone in the gym area, giving you homework, and adapting daily to what your body needs. Crystal & Nick have both done Regen for me & they're awesome as well. Theresa, Kasey & Kayla are always so kind and somehow learned mine & my husband's name and remembered us after only one appointment. You never have to question if they see you as a person or just a number. You can automatically tell how much they care. Woodlands Family Chiro is truly something special. I'm so grateful to have them as a tool for my health & wellness.

We go here for massages, chiro, acupuncture, and functional care. Massages: Just a disclaimer- I have been to massage spas around the world, everything from no-frills foot massage places in a strip mall to five-star luxury resort spas like St Regis and Ritz, Soho Houses in Chicago, NY and Miami....authentic Korean spas in South Korea...a bunch of massage places in The Woodlands....and several massage therapists who work under doctors and physical therapists; despite the hundreds of people who've worked on my muscles...Montrell is hands down ***THE BEST MASSAGE THERAPIST*** I have ever had in my life. This speaks volumes about his skills because I am a very picky client and I've had a lot of experience. I pay a pretty penny for my sessions but it is well worth it considering long term effects you get from even just one session. Do not waste your time and money at other places....Montrell is the probably the only truly talented and credentialed massage therapist in The Woodlands who can truly fix the absolute worst & tightest muscle knots in the most relaxing way possible. Chiro/Acupuncture: After my massage I see Dr. Riley for chiro and acupuncture. She uses a variety of methods depending on what I need that day. It's not a boxed protocol like what you get at other places, it's a specialized service for my exact needs. Sometimes she applies E-stim, other times a cold laser....the other day the mechanical bed stretched me out.... it was amazing. I have been to several acupuncture places with actual Chinese doctors practicing authentic TCM....this place is way more professional, much cleaner and nicer and everything is brand new, and my sessions here are much more effective. I always feel like a million bucks after my sessions with her and I strongly recommend this place over the others. I sleep better, I feel better mentally, my digestion is better, I feel balanced. And not only is she a miracle worker, I absolutely adore her!!! She is funny and kind and very sharp. She really listens to her patients and truly cares about them. Functional: I see Dr. Clouthier....and wow what an incredible doctor he is!!! He is super knowledgeable, experienced and explains things to me in such great detail and makes sure that I understand. This is a doctor that actually spends time with you, listens to you and genuinely wants to help you. That is so rare these days. Anywhere else you'll be pushed through the system like a number and not understanding how to navigate or take charge of your health. Here, I feel very comfortable. As a woman, typically I don't feel comfortable with male doctors, I strongly prefer to go to female doctors, but with Dr. Clouthier I felt very much at ease. Yes it is somewhat expensive out of pocket to go here not covered by insurance, but it's all 1000% worth it. Without your health you have nothing. I love to invest in my health in any way that I can. All of the staff members are so incredibly helpful and kind. They are always so warm and welcoming. They always check to see if your insurance will cover anything even if there's a low likelihood they will still do the work and check. And they always tell you how much stuff costs ahead of time if you ask. And I love the waiting room with the cheerful chalkboard art and wellness literature. I love that they are very spiritual and all about natural healing. It is all aligned with my personal beliefs. While I do believe conventional medicine has its many valuable uses, I still believe we are generally meant to be self-healing. Everyone at this practice really wants to get to the root cause and heal whatever is ailing you. They treat you like family and I feel right at home here.

That said , it is located in an office that apparently operates like a mill. Did not make me feel comfortable at all in this age of Covid to have so many people running around in the tiny space they occupy filled with people getting glorified massages unmasked. Not to mention the treatments themselves which I'll cover. The treatment I got was almost laughable after spending about 5 minutes with the chiropractor. She proceeded to tell me that She was also an acupuncturist . From there she placed me with a " therapist " who placed an ice cold set of gel packs on my lower back and proceeded to hook me to an electric impulse machine which did absolutely nothing. From there , after about 5 minutes I was moved over like a cattle in a cattle car brigade behind a few peeps to do an adjustment. The adjustment was done within one minute of another " customer " and I didn't witness any cleaning , just a rolling of tissue covering. This chiropractor then proceeded to give me the worst back massage for about 60 seconds and highlighted it with " cracking my neck " without asking if she could do that. Many people have suffered strokes from that type "adjustment ". All in all the treatment lasted 2 minutes and was done on a table that had some sort of Wrestlemania contraption built in so that the patient hears when a little push occurs , which is all for show and effect. She rescheduled me for another visit and I took it just to see . Three days later I was put through the same mill only this time the adjustment lasted about 60 seconds and was a joke. She barely touched my back and exerted almost no pressure. It was a ripoff. I'll never go back and I suspect this is a mill foe your typical chiropractic scamming. Avoid. They're horrible.
