As soon as she began, the instrument felt like it was burning and stabbing my skin. The pain was excruciating!!! She applied more numbing and kept saying I've done this for 25 years. She even gave me squeeze objects - I felt like I was in a nightmare - tears were flowing and had to yell for her to stop!! She took my money and I was gone never ever to return. I'm back in NY and was seen by several professionals that indicated that I was CUT very deeply and scarring has begun. The pigment she used is so dark it looks like a penciled brows - completely awful, thick line. Saline process is long 8 weeks per session. My alternative now is laser! I order to undo the botch job this person did, I have to see a dermatologist to perform corrective laser. I'm posting this to prevent others from being victimized by this hack!

I had crowding on my bottom teeth that they signed me up for 5 months to fix it and when i told them about the aligners not fitting properly they video called me and told me that's all normal until I got to my second to last aligners and then they decided to go ahead and start me back at step one which is the impression kit mind you five months down the road. I didn't pay multiple thousands of dollars out of my pocket for something not to work and for me not to even get acknowledged in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. The closest location is over an hour away from where I live so highly dissatisfied. Not professional at all!

I had a second scan last January and it is now almost May and I STILL have not received additional liners. I have called numerous times and am continually told they are in production and will ship within a couple weeks. That was nearly two months ago. I stated my complaint on a FB ad which was immediately responded to and was asked to correspond via FB Messenger which I did. I was assured that the issue would be looked into and they would respond back within a couple days. NO RESPONSE! So I messaged back and got the same old rehearsed lines, that I would hear something by next week. I receive an email at least once a week saying the same response in the exact same words that they are diligently working on them. REALLY????? Don't waste your money. Go to a qualified dentist or orthodontist for this procedure!!!
