Steve and his wife, Anita, insisted on an $8k deposit, then gave my parents the run around for months. They finally heard from the State that Steve hadn't even filed the necessary permits in time, thus the entire project was a no-go. Despite a few strongly worded letters, Steve and Anita refused to refund my parents their hard earned money. One lawsuit later, I realized that we're not the only ones who have had a bad experience.
