Prime Design completed an extensive remodel of our home, and what made this project especially…read moreunique was that much of the planning took place while we were living in one state, and the contractor was located in another. Under those circumstances, clear and consistent communication was absolutely critical. Several aspects of our experience stood out. First and foremost, the quality of the work was exceptional. The finished product is beautiful, and the attention to detail is evident throughout the entire house. Second, during the planning phase, Prime Design provided a comprehensive list of decisions we needed to make--from flooring and countertops to every light fixture and faucet. This created a clear roadmap for the project, helped us select items that complemented one another, and documented every choice along the way. As a result, there were no surprises when the project was completed. Finally, because we were still living out of state during much of the construction, regular communication was essential. We received frequent progress updates and photos, which allowed us to monitor the work, confirm that everything met our expectations, and feel confident that the project was moving in the right direction. We are extremely happy with both the process and the finished result. We recommend them to anyone considering a remodeling project.

He stayed in the time line and even finished a few days early. His prices are good and well worth the money spent. His contractors are also great and clean up after themselves. Overall I am very impressed with the work James did with giving me the kitchen I wanted.

My mom was 99 years old and living alone in Alton Bay when, unknown to us, a hot water pipe in her…read moreceiling that had apparently been leaking for a very long time finally broke one Saturday in December 2025. We called Powers and Sons Plumbing, and Derek Powers arrived within the hour to cap the pipe and get the situation under control. Derek is a Master Plumber and, from the moment I met him, I felt that we could trust him. He is professional, knowledgeable, dependable, and just a genuinely likeable guy. And he absolutely came through for us. Derek didn't just fix the immediate problem. He took the time to identify the root causes of several plumbing issues we had been dealing with for years and gave us a very reasonable price to correct them properly. The water damage ultimately required the kitchen to be completely replaced. Throughout the entire remodel, Derek worked closely with the other contractors and adjusted his schedule whenever necessary to keep the project moving. He was always on time, communicated well, and did exactly what he said he would do. One thing I especially appreciated was that there was never any pressure to buy more or do more than was necessary. Derek never tried to upsell us. It was clear that his goal was simply to solve our problems and do the job right. We were so pleased with his work that, after the kitchen remodel was completed, we hired him again to install an automatic-flush water filtration system, a new pressure regulator, and a new shower. I couldn't be happier with the quality of Derek's work or with the way he treated my mom and our family throughout a very difficult situation. If you need plumbing work, I highly recommend Powers and Sons Plumbing. Derek is the kind of tradesman you hope to find when you really need someone you can trust. Ray

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Jeff Coleman. From the first call, Jeff was responsive and…read moreextremely personable. He did not sound like your average contractor. I was interested in a tub to shower conversion because, unfortunately, my wife and I are getting older, and the tub we had was becoming difficult to enter and exit. Jef listened to my concerns, provided me with different ideas, and made an appointment with me that was convenient to my schedule. I met with Jeff at my home a few days later. He came prepared with samples, options, and a trustworthy demeanor. He sat down with me for over an hour and a half, answering all my questions. He never made me feel rushed, nor did he pressure me in any way to purchase from him. He provided me with a detailed quote of what I decided would work best for my needs. He even advised that his quote would be good for one year and to take my time in deciding if I wanted to move forward. Jeff made me feel confident in his product and installers. My wife and I decided to move forward based on his presentation and confidence in his product. He advised that it would take approximately 6 weeks for the production process. 6 weeks later, he called me to advise that everything had arrived and promptly scheduled an appointment for installation again on a day, which was convenient for us. The installation took one day, and the finished product looks beautiful. My wife and I are enjoying our new shower. We feel much safer now that we can easily walk in and out without concern of slipping and falling. I highly recommend Jeff if you are considering any bathroom remodeling. He is honest and reliable, keeps you updated, and makes sure you are happy after installation. Give Cloud Nine Tubs a call if you're thinking of a new shower. You won't regret it. Thank you, Jeff, for making this investment a pleasant and fun experience. You and your crew installed a beautiful product that I'm confident will last my lifetime.

Jesse set proper expectations about when he could complete the work (he's busy!) and provided an estimate. We stayed in contact regularly until he was able to start the project. I was very happy with the finished product and appreciated how they always cleaned up the site at the end of the day. The final bill was exactly what he quoted me. Since my first experience with Jesse was so positive, he was the first person I called when a tree fell on my roof during our last windstorm. Jesse came right over, assessed the situation and quickly determined that the limb went through the roof. With rain in the forecast, Jesse immediately sent a lift truck to my house (I have a 40 ft roof) and sent a crew to repair the roof that day. I was so impressed with the speed and urgency in which he and his crew worked to fix the problem. Again, his estimate was accurate and there were no surprises. Jesse is always a pleasure to work with. He and his team are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again for future projects.
