This was approximately 5 times and every time I go the sign on the door said closed. Also hearing from others at other locations in Iredell and Catawba counties that they are always closed when the times that they said they are to be open and actually closed. Cars in the parking lot and everything. If you are training or out to lunch please say so on the door and what time you will return to open. Being closed all the time is bad for business and on a couple of occasions I was there to buy and patronize the business, the sales would have accounted to almost 2k. I went elsewhere to buy my parts. Get your acts together USA tactical.

The original…read morebike I wanted had been sold but they came out with a new model/color for 2018 and it was nicer then the plain boring black I was going to buy! So I have ridden this bike a couple of times with my son - it is amazing! It handles well, the gears are easy to handle and I'm able to actually load it on the bike rack (see attached picture). Oh one more thing - I had no clue what so ever how to install a bike rack. My son received one for Christmas. When I went to pick up my bike, McClean helped to install it. That was comedy in totaled but we managed. The customer service at this place is amazing. My son and I rode up this past week b cause his bike was making noises. They did some minor tweaks and he was good to go. I Am so glad I spent the extra $$ and got our bikes here. As usual awesome experience and best service ever.
