At first, I was not happy with the amount of chick weed that was sprouting up and complained but Pro-mow stuck with it until we were satisfied and I appreciated that. Overall they did a decent job. Some sprinklers were not covering well so we had some brown spots thoughout the next year which they eventually fixed. The service guys are really nice and work hard to please the customer. Hired these people to do multiple projects at two adjacent properties in Cherry Hill historic…read moredistrict. Waited two months on one job (a garage pad tear out ) because apparently they only have one bobcat and it needed parts for the hydraulics. Apparently they never considered doing the job manually or perhaps renting a bobcat for a day. This put the entire process months behind schedule. Then I asked for 3 ft diameter rocks around some parkway trees and specified gray beach pebbles. They apparently don't know the difference between a diameter and a radius so now I have 6 ft circles of white limestone instead of what was requested, 3 ft diameter with beach pebbles. Then they "forgot " to Put a barrier between the rocks and the lawn. Then they forgot that the job was to put rocks and weed preventer down at both properties so the estimate was more then doubled the original amount. Then they failed to even remove some tree stumps and weeds and the reason they gave was that the weeds were going to come back long before they could put in the sod because they were two months behind schedule so I guess no point in actually doing the job as bid. Yet again the original estimate included bringing in top soil ( got fill dirt instead) and tacked on an additional $450 for that plus an additional $650 for a few extra piece's of concrete they apparently missed while doing the estimate. So hire this company if you want to pay three times their estimate on the work that they really won't even complete ( ever) , and what they do will not remotely resemble what you wanted done they agreed to remove a garage pad for $550 and included the top soil needed yet billed the customer $1,667,00 due to "unforeseen circumstances ". So they bait customers with low estimates and then switch to billing whatever they feel they can get away with. My advice is hire a reputable company instead .
