I've been having a challenging time getting someone to come out to my home to do some repair work with the "prep your house for Masters season" in full swing...I see you slapping your knee, ha! Moving along, I gave Rick a call based on a recommendation from another company who couldn't meet the timeline we needed the repairs done. To me, that says a lot about a person. His competitors are supplying him with business, so now their reputation is on the line too. Rick was great about following up with me and scheduling the work within a few days. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way and got right to work. While I don't know the technicalities of repairing a door frame, I do know about people skills and apparently he has both.
