Rather than replace rotten wood (which they were paid to do) they used nearly 11 cans of caulk to caulk over holes in the rotted wood-horror #1. I took pictures of the empty cans of caulk. Then, they spilled paint on my concrete and splattered everywhere around the screens and windows - horror #2. Then they managed to do a VERY poor job of painting within the lines - a first grader might have done better--horror #3. It got so bad, my hubby took away the paint cans & asked them to leave the property despite having paid them in full. They made little to no efforts to remediate the situation. BEWARE-BEWARE-BEWARE--YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
