The service was not pleasant. 1. They had our appointment date incorrect in their system. 2. Our consultant was not attentive, she was all over the place constantly leaving us. Was not very warm and friendly. 3. Showed a picture of a style we liked and asked if they had anything similar in store, the selection was very slim. She showed us a couple of dresses, then said "look around and I'll be back". Not helpful. 4. Did not even measure my flower girls. Had them try on different size dresses and went off of what "looked good". Did not make the experience of picking out flower girl dresses fun at all. read more

We did not have an appointment but they offered us a walk in which we did, but then were reminded many times that we did not have an appointment and that she was taking care of someone else. The selection was minimal and the dresses were not in great condition. We did not receive the services that we were told we were going to receive. This place is horrible I would never recommend anyone the staff and manager are rude unhelpful and just to say worst experience ever initially I had help finding a dress but they could care less about you after your dress is paid for my original styles art ignored me after asking for help trying on then brushed me off to some girl in the front who was nice but wasn't even a stylest so had to keep going up to the front to get my questions answered. A few days later I went to return one of the bridesmaid dresses to get a new color and was insulted by lady sitting at the desk named Jessika she insinuated I had worn the dress I told her she was rude and I was just trying to return it and it had not been worn outside the store a lady then came up behind her asking what was wrong I think her tag said Jenny or something close they started speaking in Spanish but the funny thing about that is I also speak Spanish I asked for the supervisor then took a look at the accessories near the dedt i heard the first girl i delt with in Spanish say the supervisor is her roommate and would believe her over me any day and that I just want money back after wearing it. I didnt react because i wanted to see whatelse they would say when the manager did come to the front she look flustered and the first thing she said to me was about a meeting she Just had and saying her job is cool but her higher ups are aggravating and piss her off and sorry it took her a whike as a customer I don't care and I just want good service not to hear your complaints the manager eventually did give me the money back but made a big deal of it saying they usually can't give back over 100 dollars at a time and could give me a small proportion back even though my BM paid in cash she kept trying to offer me other stuff but eventually called someone to give me all the money back bad service, bad attitude, unhelpful and lies saying i cant get all of my money back to discurage me from returning the dress then eventually giving it back after eaiting way to long I instructed the BMs to return their dresses or keep them but that we will be looking where customer service is better drove all the way there for this these people don't deserve one star I was warned by a friend not to go to this store now I wish I listened and no wonder services is bad and staff is rude if they live with their supervisor this was the worst experience I ever had this was supposed to be the best moment if I could leave negative stars I would be warned they haggle you for a 5 star review almost demanding it but don't give 5 star service I could care less rather your store is in competition with the other stores if you want a 5 star review get better staff amd better managers this was insane will never in my life come to this store again read more

I always hear mixed reviews but this place sucks. The dresses are okay but our visit was horrible. The lady's who help were nice but not prepared, didn't know my sister's size or what she wanted after she filled out a survey about her size and the spelling of her name and also told the lady her size at the place when we made the appointment. Also her name was spelled wrong on the door today when she was trying on dresses and she said something about it she was told it's okay. Like wtf. Also we waited a very long time to get someone to work with us and we had a appointment. We will not be back. Bridesmaid gown shopping is never something I get excited about; albeit, it's an honor and privilege to be a part of one's special day. I had visited this store previously and my experience was mediocre. This visit was by appointment and we had the pleasure of being assisted by Simon. We were a group of three to include the Bride. Our initial purpose was to select the bridal party gowns. We explained to Simon what we wanted and he made it effortless by uploading our desired sizes and available styles on his iPad. He then pulled the dresses we liked from the populated results. During this time, we convinced the Bride to try on a dress or two for us even though she had already purchased a dress. The previously purchased dress is beautiful, but not an actual gown. Needless to say, her excitement heightened once she saw herself in a bridal gown. Simon returned with our dresses and assisted the Bride while we donned our dresses. The Bride explained to him she had a dress at home and showed him a photo. He suggested it would be a great reception dress. We agreed so she provided a description as to what she desired in a gown. Simon selected the perfect gown! It was not only on point with her desired look, but she looked amazing in the dress. Allegedly, Simon doesn't typically work with brides. If this is true, brides are missing out because he has an eye for bridal fashion and a great personality. He should be blessing more brides with his talent. We all said Yes to dresses and enjoyed our shopping experience. I recommend visiting Simon at this location for your wedding apparel needs. read more

She was very patient with me as I tried on wedding dresses, and pulled some amazing dresses out for me that she thought would fit me best. I actually ended up choosing a dress that she pulled for me as a suggestion! After I said yes to the dress she helped my bridesmaids try on some beautiful gowns! My bestfriend is having a destination wedding and of course came to Davids Bridal for her dress. First visit she had a GREAT team (sorry cant remember names), found the perfect dress and fell in love!!! On her first fitting, she was told all the alterations they agreed on, could not be done on her dress. Devastated, but optimistic she found a new dress, that required significantly less alterations. a month later, at her final pick up, they handed her the dress, stating it was finished. She asked to try it on and NOTHING was done, and there was a now HUGE hole in the side and safety pins still holding up her straps. What a horrible experience during what should have been one of the greatest! The seamstress told my bestfriend  that her removable train should be sown on, and her vision for her dress was ugly, and when she didn't agree with the seamstress idea, she walked out of the fitting and said she will not help. The replacement that came in said it was her last day so she too was over it. She spoke with a manager who refund 10% of the $400 she paid for alterations and asked her to come back again in a week to pick up the dress.  (3 days before she flies out for the weeding and she travels almost 2 hours to this store!) The day before the pick up, she gets a call from another seamstress stating "Hi - they just threw your dress on my desk and i'm seeing pins everywhere, is this how you want it?" WHAT??!!!! This conversation was followed by a call from the manager arguing that the dress was done, but they are short staffed and things are delayed. That is not her problem! The next day (today!) she arrives for her appointment to pick up her dress and is now sitting In her car for 45 mins in the RAIN waiting for the dress because yet AGAIN her dress was not finished. This is by far the WORST wedding dress experience EVER!!!! She should be refunded the full cost of the alterations. As 8+ year event planner and a future bride myself, this is not the type of customer service i would have anticipated. I would NEVER recommend or use Davids Bridal after this. And you can save your automatic response because we can't just redo the experience of picking their wedding dress. You're team failed miserably! read more

Jessica was beyond helpful! I purchased a bridesmaid dress from David's Bridal about 8 months ago for my future sister-in-laws wedding. Unfortunately with COVID restrictions, the wedding was postponed to June. In that time, I got pregnant and and due 2 weeks before the new wedding date. Jessica helped guide me toward the right size dress to fit my post-partum body for the June wedding and exchanged my smaller size dress with no trouble at all. Beyond grateful for an easy experience! My sister and I stopped by this David's location while on vacation in Palm Beach. I recently got engaged and this was my first time trying on dresses. I was nervous (don't like attention lol). The minute we walked in every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. Lianys helped me with my bridal apt and listened to everything I was wanting. I was able to browse through the dresses and choose what I liked. It was very laid back we came on a Monday morning And the store wasn't filled to the brim with other shoppers. I thought I was choosing The right styles for my body but Lianys ended up pulling the most beautiful dress and it was the one I said yes to! She is an expert and knows what she is doing! Lianys was so relaxed, helpful, and gave her honest opinion. I never felt pressured at all to make a purchase and she even selected the perfect veil for my dress and helped me decide which color to choose. They sold me a dress that had bronzer and lipstick on the inside with a few hanging beads on the front. I was told when I come back for alterations they would fix and clean the dress. I bought and knowing it felt like a used dresss but thinking it was the only one. I get home and the dress is online in the color I want. The dress wasn't even shipped yet to the store, on my receipt it states you have 14 days to return/refund dress once receiving... The staff is nice enough. The restroom aren't clean like in a way u can tell that it's done in a rush on a daily basis but u can see dust, pee stains, and old poop on the toilet seat. The soap dispensers falling apart also don't look clean. Floors are also dirty. Not sure if it's corporate or franchise owned but they need to do better or hire staff to clean it. Use the restroom before ur appointment or hold it. I'm actually disappointed. read more

David's bridal made it easy for me to find my wedding dress. I had two different sales associates helping me and both were incredibly patient with the try on process. It's not easy helping a bride to be put on heavy and complicated dresses, one after another. I was also very satisfied with the ability to make online appointments from my phone for dress try on and alterations. The only areas that I recommend you plan ahead for are if your dress is going to need alterations. The ladies do a fantastic job but you may end up paying half of the cost of your wedding dress to get it right. Since they won't be able to tell you the cost of alterations without the seamstresses seeing the dress on you, ask to do a try on to get an estimate for tailoring before you purchase the dress. I'm my case, my dress was $1,000 and my alterations ended up being well over $500. Although I think this would be the case anywhere, it's just something for you to be aware of. I highly recommend you go to the David's bridal in West Palm Beach. I had a great experience overall. read more

I went to David's Bridal to purchase a formal dress for a wedding I am attending. Checking online beforehand, I knew they had the brands and styles I was looking for. I didn't expect much in customer service since I didn't have an appointment. I was surprised to receive no customer service - even as I stood there with multiple dresses in hand. The store employee opted to assist two young women's who just walked in, also without an appointment. When I asked about using a fitting room, I was curtly told to go wait by a fitting room door until she was done speaking to the other two women. Like an idiot I stood there waiting awhile only to find out the fitting room door was unlocked. In addition to the poor customer service, the fitting room was dirty and smelled moldy. The dresses on regular racks (not clearance) had snags and appeared very shop worn. I left w/o buying anything, as did the other two women who arrived after me. No hi's or goodbyes from the three employees standing around the front. read more

I had an appointment for today and when I told the women in the front they couldn't find me. Actually it took them 15 mins to find my appointment in the computer and another half an hour to actually find me in the store (they never looked for me or called my name). So we were off to a rocky start. After we found some dresses for my matron of honor we started to try some dresses on. Phillip was our stylist and I think he was over booked he would just come and go (but he had a new trainee who was awesome, she helped us so much). After the store had finally settled down we had Phillip back with his undivided attention on us and everything was smooth sailing. He and his trainee helped with finding my wedding dress (which I had purchased months before) and they found shoes my special day. They actually let me try on my same dress so we can see my MOH and myself together in them (and I got to show my future mother-in-law my dress finally). Natasha was also great when we were checking out. She was very accommodating when I needed to exchange things and as we were purchasing multiple items. I have only gotten my special occasion dresses (sweet sixteen, prom, and now the mother of the bride dress, wedding dress, and MOH dress) from David's Bridal. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! =) read more

From the moment we stepped into this store two and half weeks ago, it has been an entirely inconvenient and unprofessional experience to say the least. We dealt with Maggie St Hilarie for our appointment who was inattentive and seemed frustrated for the entire duration of our time at this store. We have spoken to the store manager, Natasha Drabik and operations manager, Heather D'agosta multiple times who have both been entirely unhelpful and unwilling to take ownership and responsibility for their actions. To begin, the system were down when we came into the store on January 22nd, we were told that we could fill out a form with our information and they would give us a call when the computers are up and running by the end of the day so we can authorize our bridesmaid dress orders. We never received that phone call , and 3 days later our cards were overcharged without approval. They failed to apply the discount we receive from the Diamond Loyalty Program. Furthermore, the dresses they ordered were the incorrect style. When confronted, they tried to deny it and convince us those were the ones we selected. When, in fact, we were told to take pictures from the stores iPad showing the correct dress style and size to confirm the right dresses were being ordered. To add insult to injury, the bride was charged for the most expensive garment bag without being asked or given an option. Steer clear of this location!! read more
