***Long Review- Part 1*** My experience with David's Bridal started out great. I met with a lovely consultant name Kesia (pardon me if the spelling of her name is wrong) back in February to try on wedding gowns for the first time. My feelings going into this were that I wasn't expecting much at all considering David's Bridal has a more commercial, warehouse looking style and feel. It basically feels like shopping at a big department store, not at all discreet, peaceful and personal. I knew that going in hence I was not expecting a "say yes to the dress" experience at all. Like I said I was not expecting much. I also was not going into this appointment with the intention of buying a dress considering it was my first time shopping for a gown and I wanted to see what else was out there with other bridal stores. Although my expectations were low, Kesia made this first shopping experience the most valuable one I had. This is important as this particular consultant is the only reason my review is not zero stars. We first looked at the different gowns I had saved online and she quickly began to pull them out and into the change room for me to try on. I was very happy that David's Bridal provided a bustier and a slip to wear under the dress (whereas other bridal stores did not). As soon as I described the type of dress I wanted, Kesia knew instantly which dress she wanted to see me in. She made me try on the Oleg Casini satin beaded lace gown first and this dress became the instant winner. We tried on several others I had saved and none compared. I must say, Kesia did an excellent job with my appointment, to the point where when she had me try on the Oleg Casini gown again, she even got me inside the alterations 360 degrees room with my party to see the fit better. She also had the manager Heather (I believe) stop in to add in some jewelry and talk about alterations to the dress with the seamstress. She truly went out of her way to help me feel beautiful in this dress. She was also very understanding when I informed her that I could not purchase the dress at that moment and her attitude did not change at all even though she did not sell the dress. I stress that Kesia was truly the only redeeming factor for my experience with David's Bridal. With this first appointment over, I continued on to another bridal store in Kanata where my experience was far from the pleasant experience I had received at David's Bridal that same morning. I was quite surprised how the events turned out and my opinions about David's Bridal quickly changed to very good, although it only lasted for a short while. A month later in March, I decided to book another appointment with Kesia at David's Bridal again to try on that same dress again and a few new others. Again, Kesia did not disappoint, although this time it seemed a lot busier (prom season), she still paid very good attention to me and truly did the best she could. At this point, I was pretty much sold on that Oleg Casini gown but I still had 1 final bridal store to visit later that day so I asked if I could come back to purchase the dress if I did not find another one, the manager (Heather) said I would have to call in because they are very busy and I could see that the change in her tone as though she was displeased with me. We left the store and continued to the final bridal store. I came back later that same day to purchase the Oleg Casini gown and I this is where things went sour. By the time we came back, it was not busy at all. We made our way to the front desk, informed the associate that I wanted to purchase a dress I had tried on earlier and honestly I was quite disappointed with the entire purchase experience. This might be very trivial to some, but I was told that when you purchase a gown, they make you ring a bell and take your picture with your wedding party. I did not get that, just a mere thank you and my receipt. I was left with a feeling of fear that I had made a mistake purchasing this dress with this store and my fears quickly became reality. I was told this dress wouldn't arrive before the end of June. Exactly two weeks from ordering the dress, I received a call that the dress was in and I had to pick it up within 1 week. I went in the store one weekday evening (not busy at all) and they offered me to try on the dress. I waited about a full 10 minutes before an associate gave me a change room. I had to ask for the bustier and slip and the associate did not help me get the gown on as Kesia did, my mom ended up coming in the change room with me to get in on. Upon closer inspection, we notice the dress (supposedly new) had several yellow stains on it scattered everywhere on the dress. UNACCEPTABLE! The fact that David's Bridal does not inspect their gowns prior to shipping them out blows my mind! This dress could have taken up to 22 weeks to get in, just 2 months before the wedding! My first and only experience trying on wedding dresses was amazing thanks to this store and their staff. I highly recommend at least checking them out to see if you can find your special gown here! My experience: I just went to David's Bridal in Ottawa yesterday, Saturday, September 26, 2016, afternoon to find a dress for my wedding on July 23, 2016. I had called Friday afternoon to ask if they had any appointments available for Saturday. It was the last weekend of their big September bridal gown sale and because I live in Montreal, I did not want to drive the two and a half hours if I wouldn't be able to try on dresses. The receptionist quickly found me an appointment for the day I wanted to come and informed me that because they were quite busy on the weekends that my consultant may be serving two people at the same time, and I understood and had no problems with her. She immediately took my basic information and sent me a reminder email for when my appointment was the next day. I arrived half an hour early for my appointment and talked to the receptionist. She informed me that my consultant wasn't quite ready, but gave me a form to fill out before the meeting and let me know to just look around or visit another store for a short while. At 3:00pm my consultant, Lauren, was ready for me and took me back to my own changing room and found chairs for my guests to sit on right outside of it. Lauren was very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and mostly patient. She listened to what I liked, and only brought my dresses with consideration of my budget. I tried on a total of 4 dresses. The manager brought me a last dress which was more than my budget but told me not to try it on if I was worried about money, but that she thought I would love it. And she was very right. Looking at it in the bag, I just could not help but try it on. And it was perfect. The size was too small for me to see perfectly how it fit, but then my consultant, Lauren worked some magic and found a bigger size of the same dress so I could better see how it looked. I loved the dress and purchased it yesterday. The store was very very very busy, and I don't think my consultant had even a second to stop and breathe. But she never once made me feel pressured or rushed. She always told me when she was going to help someone else, and apologized if she was gone more than a couple minutes. The alterations lady was also very helpful and answered all my questions. She gave me estimates on costs for two different dresses I like, and helped me decide what size would be best to purchase. The employee who helped us at checkout was also very patient. She waited while we had to move money around and decide which card to pay with, etc. And when I realized she forgot to change the sale price, she immediately apologize and fixed it. Overall, ALL of the employees were extremely helpful and pleasant despite being very busy and the store being quite crowded. I felt special during the time and enjoyed that the different employees would come over and talk to me and seemed interested in trying their best to help. I would highly recommend visiting the David's Bridal in Ottawa. The selection of gowns to see, (all in different sample sizes that all sized women can actually try on) is exceptional! I had an absolutely lovely experience at David's Bridal. I originally made an appointment online for a Monday morning and confirmation of the appointment came quickly by email. When Monday rolled around, myself and my mother went to the store at 11:00, their opening time. Unfortunately the store was 15 minutes late opening, so myself and two other brides and their entourages were left outside in the cold staring in through the door. When the doors were finally opened, I was greeted by a very friendly lady behind the welcome desk who directed me to browse the gowns and an associate would be out to meet me momentarily. I was not waiting for very long before we met Kayla, our bridal consultant. At this point I have to admit I was pretty grumpy about being left outside for so long, but Kayla was like a ray of sunshine and I couldn't help but cheer up immediately. Kayla was very thorough asking me questions about what I was looking for in a gown, and when she had a good idea of my vision for my wedding, she pulled several gowns for me to try. The gowns themselves were well within my budget and looked to be of excellent quality. I'm a size 16, so it was nice to be able to try on dresses my size. In addition, I was provided with a bustier and underskirt to wear so the dresses would fall perfectly. The first gown was nice, the second was perfect, but the third gown I tried made both me and my mom cry. I had promised my sister (who was away) that I would email her pictures of the gown and let her see it before I bought it, and that is the only reason that I didn't buy the dress on the first trip. My second trip back to David's Bridal (with Kayla again!) was to try on the dress one last time and to make a purchase. I even got to ring a bell (a tradition in the store when a bride finds her dress). I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Kayla. She is obviously very passionate about what she does, and that shines through in her work. She was friendly and caring, and she was able to quickly zero in on dresses that I would love. She had another client come in at the same time as me, but I never felt alone in the appointment or like she was ignoring me for the other customer. She handled both of us with ease and was always available to help me put on the gowns and answer my questions. She did not pressure us into buying a dress just to make a sale, and seemed to genuinely want to help me find the perfect dress. I had the pleasure of going to David's Bridal shop, located at the Trainyards, in Ottawa, with my friend recently. She just got engaged over the Christmas holiday, and so we needed to find her a dress. I must say, for my first ever experience in a bridal shop, I was not disappointed with my experience at this store. My friend had an idea of the dress she wanted, then we met Leslie, a remarkable sales associate, who was not only easy to talk to, but she was professional, funny, and very good at her job. Leslie is a people person, and she herself is getting married, later this year. My friend and I took to her immediately. Leslie helped us for a long time, trying several dresses, displaying professionalism, and patience through the experience. My friend, did in fact say yes, to her dress!! With some final guidance by Leslie's manager Eva, my friend found her dream dress, a lovely corset, and a beautiful slip. Although she didn't want a veil, my girlfriend also tried several on, just to be sure. We went back the following week (on Leslie's day off) and purchased my friends dress. We had fun talking with the other customers, and looking at the gorgeous gowns. Ladies, If I were to marry, I would certainly go to David's Bridal, at the Trainyards, in Ottawa. As the Maid of Honour, I have already begun researching my own dress with them. The staff have made the whole experience far less stressful than I had imagined it might be. As a true friend, I want to look classy, on my friend's big day, and also special, but, not more-so than the bride-to-be. After all, it is her day, not mine. Ladies, in closing, Leslie was a pleasure to confer with. I loved her sense of humour, and her thoroughly professional treatment, of both my friend, and I. As plus size women, we both were impressed with the wide array of gowns at the store, easily accessible, in our sizes. It's nice to look beautiful, even when your not a size zero, and at David's I didn't feel judged, or less special, for my size. I went to a wedding show in Hamilton a few weeks ago and that is where I booked my appointment. The ladies there had no problem booking me in to Ottawa. Being on reading week from School, I took my father and two aunts in for my appointment this past Tuesday unsure what to expect. I went straight to the front desk where I was quickly checked in. The ladies were very friendly and said the stylist would be a few minutes and told us we could go look at the accessories while we waited. While we were looking at veils, there were quite a few ladies putting things away who were very kind and friendly. Finally after a few minutes my stylist was there to start the appointment. We worked with Folashade and let me just say right now, David's Bridal as an incredible member on their staff. She took my measurements and I showed her some styles I liked and she was off picking out dresses. The dresses she had were beautiful and fit perfectly, however they were far away from my budget. Once I informed her I was a student and of my budget, the next dress she picked for me was under budget and ended up being the one. It looks over 1k, but it was under 500. She did an amazing job of finding exactly what I wanted and as my father was mentioning accessories she was gone and back with everything from veil to jewellery. On a side note, the one manager who was working close by watching over things needs to be recognized as well. That woman knows her store. She knew exactly where to have me stand in order to get a beautiful picture of front/side/back all in one using the mirrors. As well, as we were paying my father asked how much the veil was and she happened to be sitting there and from nowhere was able to pull the exact price from memory. Lastly, because of the bridal show I had a 50$ off coupon. I had forgotten it back home but the ladies did not have a problem still allowing me my discount without it. You saved me a lot. I am so unbelievable excited about my beautiful dress that I will definitely be returning with my bridesmaids looking for their dresses. Based on the previous reviews, I can safely say that David's Bridal has taken your criticism to heart, and has fixed its issues. Frankly, the experience was amazing. Yes, it was busy - but what can you expect on a Sunday afternoon during a big sale? I came in for my appointment, and a consultant - Brookelynn - was available after ten minutes or so. I was irritated at first (what are appointments for if they can't be on time?), but I felt terrible by the end of my consultation; as it turns out, I ended up taking an extra 15 minutes past my appointment, but was never felt rushed out (thankfully - otherwise, I wouldn't have had my dress). I can only assume she had done the same for her previous client. Once we were set up at a changing room, Brookelynn asked me to point out a few gowns that I loved, and why I loved them. She then left and came back with 5 gowns. They were ALL spot on, and fit me perfectly. She also gave me her honest opinion, which I appreciated (there's only so much you can do with your mother's "Ooh, I love that one" to every dress)! Finally, we came to the last dress, and it ended up being "The One." It encompassed EVERYTHING I loved from the previous 4 dresses without any of the details that I remotely disliked (I'm not exaggerating - I would've been happy with any of the "rejects"). She was even able to pick out the perfect veil and waist band to match it. Granted, it took a couple of tries, but she took our opinions and wishes to heart, and each pick was better than the last. As for the cost? I couldn't have asked for better. I've seen this exact dress for hundreds more. And with the sale they had on? The dress came up to around $500. Seriously. For my dream wedding dress. Wow. How is this even possible!? In the end, the atmosphere was exciting, the experience was wonderful, and my consultant was beyond amazing. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE AND WHAT A SERVICE!!! Amanda was amazing, calm, smiley polite and most of all respectful. Amanda took good care to provide me whit the right garments, help me with the dress and was patient with me when tears of joy and overwhelm of emotion swirl through me. I knew what I want I have view on the web site type of dress that I desired. We arrived to the store and ask if we can look and try some dress the first lady mentioned that we need an appointment so we book our appointment for Sunday....but we could look at the dress and right down the code so when we will return we knew exactly which dresses to try... after an hour or so of going in to wall of dresses at the last minute I turn around and there it was THE DRESS, that I fall in love with and I have saw on the site, went back to the lady at the reception and we asked just at least let me try my dress... the new lady at the reception said:'' if you are ready to wait 15 to 20 minutes Amanda will be able to help you with only that dress since your appointment is Sunday. No problem I can wait that give me enough time to go in the shoes section and try a few pairs and finally find exactly what I was looking for...20ish minutes later Amanda call my name and this is where the magic start....first measurement , the size of the dress was a fit...second the garments...and the dress.... when I walked out of the fitting room and saw myself in the mirror... my dream came true everything fit and was exactly as I imaged and more, people around congratulate me for the dress ... I made an appointment online. They said within 48 hours they would get back to me. They never did. I called them and they said my appointment was confirmed. I showed up for my appointment and was greeted with a great big smile. I filled out the information sheet and then Amanda was with me within 2 minutes. She gave me a tour of the place, pointing out where the different dresses were. She was very kind and helpful. I had a list ready so she got us going right away. It was busy that day and she was working with myself and another bride. At times, she was not available to help so my mom had to help me with dresses. This, however, was not her fault. She did her absolute best to help the both of us. She also often got called to the front desk. When Amanda was helping me, she was very informative and kind. She was patient and had a great vibe to her. When I finally got it down to two dresses, Amanda and Angela (Manager I think) we awesome at helping me with my choice. Their questions were excellent (how do you feel in this dress etc...) and they even got jewelry and flowers out to help me. I found what I was looking for, I felt very comfortable and not rushed (we spent three hours there) and overall, a great experience. The price for the dress was less than I expected and the service was fantastic. My only usggestions would be to have enough sales personal so that they can tend to the needs of ONE bride and possibly offer water/coffee. Otherwise, a great experience. I was told my dress should be in by the end of October. Hopefully I will not need to write anything negative concerning that aspect of my visit. As a plus sized MOH i had a horrible experience. we went in as a group with an appointment: myself, a bridesmaid, the mother and mother-in-law. with the bride as well, who had her dress already. the mother-in-law is not plus-sized but had the same experience i did. the focus was on the bridesmaid. she was petite and everything fitted her fabulously. the mother-in-law and i were hardly helped, we had to go search aimlessly for things that were decent and in our size. when the consultant did pull things for the mother-in-law it was a hap-hazard effort. i was completely ignored until i gave up and told her to order the same dress as the bridesmaid in my size. the mother-in-law left empty-handed and upset. i felt embarrassed and left as upset as the mother-in-law. when i returned a few months later for undergarments it was the same thing. On the upside: The quality of the dress, garments, and shoes I purchased are excellent. my dress fits wonderfully and is well crafted. The Brides dress is remarkable and her service was outstanding and for that I am thankful. DO NOT shop here if you are not a bride or under size 10. you will be treated as if your purchase is not as important. i suggest ANY other store that sells dresses. there are some very lovely stores like Additionelle 14+ that have better quality dresses for bigger women. Davids: if you read your reviews I suggest training your ignorant staff customer service: how every purchase, and every customer, is important. you have lost at least 2 customers from our experience and we will not be recommending you to anyone, quite the opposite. i will not be returning. read more

I had a really great experience shopping at this location this past weekend. I was served by a delightful Melissa who was happy to assist us in our hunt for the bridesmaids dress that was just right! I am happy to say that we found it!! She did an excellent job of finding the preferred style of dress in all of our sizes (or closest to). She found us different colors so that we could really get a feel for what the dresses would look like with our selected color. She assisted us by answering all of our questions about the dress. She even offered us helpful advice when it came to ordering our dress choice in terms of what size to pick as well as best method to use when ordering to make our experience as cost and time efficient as possible. She put our bride-to-be in a gown that was close enough to the one she already owned so that we could see how the preferred bridesmaids dress looked next to the bride's gown. She simply looked at a photo that the bride to be had on her cell phone and found the closest thing she had in store to what she had. I really felt Melissa went above and beyond to really facilitate our birdesmaids dress shopping experience and I am so thankful to her for it! I can't speak for anyone else of course, and I had a really great experience (enough to choose to write a review). Perhaps one can ask for her personally when booking an appointment, as she demonstrates a very valuable work ethic; she seems to really care for the customers' experience AND she seems to know the ins and outs of the place!! read more

I had made an appointment about 2 weeks before and the only downside was that they were so busy when I arrived that I couldn't get into a room at the time of my appointment. I had to wait about half an hour for a room to open up. I would recommend you make an appointment as the first appointment of the day to avoid this. It was also a bit crowded in the fitting room...but I don't think that can be avoided. I had a sales associate who was always there with me, Leslie, helping me in and out of dresses asking me questions about my budget (to make sure that she never got me any dresses that were above my budget) and about my big day. She also made sure that she knew what kind of dress that I was looking for so she could go pick out other dresses that were along the same lines for me. Leslie was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond what I would have expected. I was never left waiting for long to get in or out of my dresses. My family and friends were able to go with her or another sales associate and tell them which dresses they thought I would like and the sales associates would bring those dresses back. They were even given a tablet so they could peruse dresses and when they found one they liked for me, they showed Leslie or another associate and they went and found that dress for me. All in all it was a great experience and very stress-free. THANK YOU Leslie for helping me through this wonderful experience! I found my beautiful dress at the beautiful David's Bridal and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I dealt with multiple consultants over my numerous visits but they were all wonderful! On my first visit, I went with my mother and daughter and we did not have an appointment. They were kind enough to squeeze us in. My consultant Kayla was amazing. I tried on two dresses and after trying on the second one (Galina Signature Strapless Trumpet Sequin Gown with Gold Lace) I knew it was the one! Before purchasing the dress I wanted to see if straps could be added to the gown. We met with Eva and Sara (Seamstress) and they welcomed the idea and even offered great suggestions. We bought the dress!! My dress even came in earlier then estimated!! Went in to pick up my dress and was greeted with a smile. I asked if I could try on the dress. They found a dressing room for me. I was lucky enough to have Folashade assist me. She is so kind, patient and understanding. I knew she was busy with her other appointments but she never made me rushed. She went out of her way to help me with the slip, corset and shoes. She even took pictures for me. What a wonderful experience! I would HIGHLY recommend David's Bridal to every bride! You get the high end service of a beautiful shop with prices comparable to budget bridal stores. Searching for the perfect wedding dress in January when you're wedding is in June can make for a stressful appointment. Not the case for me! I had never tried on a wedding dress before, and showed up with my Mother and 2 best friends with pictures in hand. I was nervous my bridal consultant would be awful but I couldn't have lucked out any better! MELISSA was an angel! After meeting me for 2 seconds, she was immediately on the same page as me. The dresses she wanted to pull were exactly what I wanted! Even with it being a zoo in the salon, she was patient, cool and ran around finding veils, shoes and anything else I wanted! I felt so comfortable in the change room with her. She picked up on the look I was going for right away. The first one I tried on was "The One" but it was one size too big. Melissa went in for back-up and called the Alterations Manager over to give me an estimate. She was also lovely to deal with. After deciding to find a dress in my size at another location, Melissa was on the phone! With no answer in Mississauga due to a hectic Saturday, Melissa offered to keep calling all day and even on her lunch! We ended up tracking down the dress and it was delivered to my door step in just 3 days! I can't thank Melissa enough for her help finding my dress but also keeping a very nervous bride calm! In April (2016) I visited David's Bridal in Ottawa, ON in hopes of finding my dream wedding dress. There were so many to choose from. The staff was wonderful to work with, and very patient. When I finally picked my wedding dress, I though it was the right one...but after a bit of time had gone by, I realized it wasn't the one I really wanted. I honestly felt very rushed to pick one, but NOT because of the store/staff. My mother-in-law to be was very ill with cancer. We were trying to rush the wedding so she could be with us. Unfortunately, that wasn't an option as she had lost her battle. David's Bridal told me originally that they could not exchange this dress...but after learning of my mother-in-law to be's passing, they made the decision to allow me to exchange my dress. They had met my mother-in-law to be previously, as she had been there with my sister-in-law to be when she picked her wedding dress almost 2 years ago. During my second visit, I found the perfect wedding dress. The staff was very accommodating with the dress, and above all were very considerate of how my 2 sister-in-law's to be, and I felt during our visit. Overall really positive experience. I had visited the Dartmouth location a few months prior for my first time trying on gowns, I left with one dress on my mind. When my mom came to visit in Ottawa we decided to go back and try on the dress. I had a very pleasant chat on the phone and booked a last minute appointment with ease. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by a sales woman and the manager, Angela. We told our stylist what dress I wanted to try, this time they didn't have the dress in my size but one size up. While I still liked the dress I felt hesitant this time as it didn't give me the same shape and feeling it did in Dartmouth. Luckily the manager, Angela came around to ask how I felt. I expressed my worries of shape and price and she listened to just what I wanted. She pulled in the dress and offered undergarments to enhance my shape, dressed it up with the right accessories and really gave me the confidence I felt the first time I tried the dress on. She also reminded me the dress was on sale and that I had a gift card from the bridal show I'd attended. Angela was very personable and not the type of pressuring sales women I've experienced in other stores. Both my visits to this store I've left happy. read more

i am over the moon with the service I received at David's bridal. I called and made an appointment. Due to some traffic I was late for my appointement but was reassured not to panic by the sales associate. She took me to the back so I can start trying on dresses. There was only me and another bride there so it was pretty quiet. I showed Li some styles I was looking at and off she went to get some dresses. Within a couple of minutes she was back we 3 selections. She then went and got 3 more. The fourth dress I tried was the one. The price was better than I expected as well. I returned with the bridesmaids and again I got great service. This time it was a Saturday morning and a little busier but we got dresses. On both occasions the dresses came in well ahead schedule. I also dealt with the alteration dept and Eva helped me with my fitting. She was amazing to say the least!!!! I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at David's bridal. Everyone made me feel special and I would go there in a flash. Eva also offered to have me bring my veil in so she could steam it for me. What more can you ask for! I went to davids bridal on October 4 2015 and had my appointment at 3 pm with kayla Calvo. She was right on time and very friendly and inviting! I knew I wanted something that was all lace and already had a good idea of what style I wanted. Kayla then started getting me a couple of dresses to try on! She helped me try on dresses as well and I thought that was so helpful because every other store didn't help me at all! Then kayla put me in a beautiful all lace dress that I absolutely loved! It was hard at first because I did find a dress I liked before I came to davids bridal. She was very patient in letting me take the time to decide I was telling her how I didn't like the way my dress fell in the other one in some pictures. She told me i should love my dress in every picture which dose make a lot of sense! I then was looking at pictures of old one and then said yes the one I have on defiantly without a doubt is the dress for me. I then started to cry and was so happy I came to davids bridal! Kayla put me in dresses that were in my price range and couldn't have asked for someone better then kayla Calvo defiantly recommend her for your appointments!! I give five stars read more

Despite the bad reviews seen on the site, my girlfriend really wanted to go to David's bridal. We booked an appointment easily with their website. I say "we" because we are two brides ;) double review in one! My girlfriend called back for some information and we were able to adjust our appointment easily and received the proper information. On the day of the dress trial, we both had the help of the beautiful Shae (Fuloshade omg so sorry if I got your name wrong). Shae was very nice and helpful on top of being very patient. Our family kept bringing dresses and she respected their choices, despite their total lack of eye for dresses lol Shae is the one who found both of our dresses. They were found within 1 hr for each of us, which is amazing with the amount of dresses I had to try! Supervisor lady was a bit pushy for the purchase of accessory tho. As for fitting, it was done by the expert hand of Eva and her team. We were very please by the alteration done which were kept to a minimum. I went to David's bridal the one on trainyards, we had an appointment for my sister to try on some wedding dresses. When we came in the staff was very friendly and directed us to our consultant unfortunatey i can't remember her name for the moment but she was very nice and helpful. My sister had a budget and she respected it, gave good advice and she delivered a very good service the hole time we were there. She brought dresses for my sister to try on and what really made me like this experience in particular was the manager came to talk to my sister about a certain dress that was over her budget and she said that she didn't feel comfortable if my sister tries on the dress because there is a chance that she will fall in love with it but can't afford it, that would only end in heartbreak or a big fat bill. I loved that they didn't push at all for the more expensive dress. Overall a great experience, helpful staff. My sister left David's bridal a very happy bride to be. We didn't get the alterations yet so i can't say if the service for this is equally good for now. read more
