Working with Steven as attorney/mediator during our separation was one of the best decisions I…read morecould have made. From the very beginning, he created a calm, respectful environment where both my husband and I felt heard and understood. His ability to remain neutral while still guiding us toward fair and practical solutions made a difficult process so much more manageable. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the legal aspects of separation agreements, but what truly stood out was his patience and empathy. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer questions thoroughly, and ensure that we both felt comfortable with each step along the way. Thanks to his professionalism and steady guidance, we were able to reach an agreement that felt balanced and thoughtful without unnecessary conflict. I'm truly grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and effective mediator during a challenging time.

In addition to all this, Mr. Menack has been knowledgeable, readily available, impartial, compassionate and professional. We are also impressed with his education and experience, especially his early work training other attorneys to become mediators, and his leadership in various prestigious mediation associations. When it comes time to change our legal separation into a divorce, we will be sure to hire Mr. Menack again, and would confidently refer him to couples looking for a kind, knowledgeable mediator.

I hope he sees this and takes it as an opportunity for improvement.

Everything was apparently going well and the closing date was approaching, when Patrick found out that the post was a scam from a person posing as the seller by means of stolen identity. The state ID was photoshopped and the property was not on sale and never had been. The real owner of the property had in fact reported the incident to the FBI, as this was not the first time he was being contacted in regards to the zillow post. If this is not due diligence on steroids, I don't know what is. Will return to him for any other real estate matter.

When it comes to lawyers, there is no one I can think of that I would respect or recommend more…read morehighly than Kevin Corriston of Breslin and Breslin. He doesn't just take your case and take your money he actually cares. I've had a few instances over the course of a decade in which I've had to employ their services. I have shown up to court with Kevin as my lawyers ever time and on more than one occasion I have had other colleagues of his and a judge explicitly tell me that he is one of the best. And I can from personal experience stand by that testament. He has not only had charges reduced, but there time instances where they have been dropped. The justice system is not as just as it would like to see from the side of the state. As with any state entity there is much left to be desired and so when one finds themselves in a position of needing assistance its important to find a firm that fights for YOU and Breslin and Breslin employs lawyers who care. Another huge selling point for me when I recommend this farm and specifically Kevin as legal defence for those who might find themselves in need it is the fact that he is not only a partner at the firm but also acts as a public defender in many different counties outside of his criminal defence work. Which speaks to his genuine compassion and integrity and doing the work that he does defending the people from injustices carried out by state actors. In the end, people are people and Kevin is a great person. I will also be reaching out to when I win the lottery or inherit a large sum of money. This is a firm of lawyers who truly care about their clients and communicate clearly throughout the whole process.
