I visited Dr. Watson for a second opinion on my flute tears. i was told to bring x-rays & MRI if 2 years or less. i traveled 3 hours and stayed in a hotel. when I arrived and gave the reports & disc I was toled the x-ray should be less than 3 months old. they made me be re-xrayed. I was upset. After getting into the examination room with the "filler physican assistant". he pulled up the x-ray. i asked hi. to pull up my MRI and he said they didn't have it. he left and the front desk clerk came and threw my Disc on the table and said mine were erased or not compatible with there system. I could have brought my laptop with me if I had any idea they would not be prepared to see them. additionalply when Dr. Watson appeared I gave him a hard copy of my images and pathology report. he was not interested in looking at them. didn't even acknowledge the pages in front of him. he recommended a steroid shot and I felt bullied into it. he also recommended physical therapy and said he would give me a prescription. when I checked out at the front desk, I asked for the prescription and the clerk told me I would receive a call from my pharmacy. in what universe do you get a prescription from a pharmacy for PT. At that point I was done with this whole production and waist of my time, energy, and expenses. i felt scammed by the medical industry. no matter what questions you ask upfront or how you are massaged when you book an appointment, always get a referral.
