I wasn't being disrespectful or anything, just wanted to gauge how much longer it'd be... and I've noticed her being pretty rude with other clients both times I've been there. It's a job that requires patience, I get that. But if you can't be decent to patients with back pain 20-25 minutes after a scheduled appointment you might be in the wrong field. If you're cool with a snobby young receptionist, and college drinking stories from the guy working on your spine... feel free to check the place out. I had some serious back injuries in the past having been a pedestrian struck by a car as I was crossing the street. For decades after the accident, I tried various chiropractors and I was not getting the type pf relief that I did with Dr. Michelle the first day. I remember so clearly the first day I called her. I could not even put m y socks on and I needed help getting my jeans on. I could barely walk. Dr. Michelle was so kind. She kept her practice open late just so she could do my x-ray and review them to give me my first adjustment that day (which actually turned into night). Someone that juggles their whole schedule around for you and stays way past closing to make sure you're out of pain and you can see she loves what she does. She has even put together a special exercise for my husband and I to do on off days from adjustments. The level of care that Dr. Michelle gives her patients will impress you as much as it did us. Most importantly, my husband and I are making great progress so quickly, considering the years of abuse and accidents we both have sustained. I have never enjoyed being to a chiropractor before her. Dr. Ryan treated me while I was pregnant with our 2nd daughter. Seeing a chiropractor throughout my pregnancy was amazing. Dr. Ryan was able to help with some of the typical aches and pains that your body experiences throughout pregnancy (think sciatic nerve pain, trouble sleeping, hip issues, etc.) while helping me prepare for the birthing experience. I saw him right up to my final days prior to delivery. Without a doubt, by having my body and mind in a healthy spot, it made my delivery experience smoother than my first! Also, given the troubles we had with our first daughter, we decided that we were going to be proactive and have our brand new baby seen by Dr. Ryan prior to bringing her home. The day we were discharged from the hospital (and our daughter was 3 days old) - we went straight to Dr. Ryan's office! Dr. Ryan is so great and has the ability to switch his attention and approach (think 3 day old baby - to grown adults) quickly. Every time he's treated our daughters he's great at getting on their level, getting them to calm down, and relax. Now, our youngest is 14 months and we are working with Dr. Ryan to address some of her sinus issues. She has the best experience when we go see him. We got a referral here from our waitress the other day and decided to check it out as I suffer from lower back pain and my husband has some neck pain. The normal chriopractor was not there, but they seamlessly operated and got us taken care of. We showed up at 10 am on a Tuesday and were able to get exams and our first visit in all in one and it was great. Mind you this is WALK IN ONLY, which can be good and bad. But it doesn't take a long time. I would say that just know that sometimes there is a few people ahead of you and it can be 20 minutes. But Crystal at the front counter was great, explained everything, answered our questions, and even laughed at our jokes! She was great, made it easy to understand what's happening as you sign all those forms on the ipad. We were seen by a guest doctor and she was fantastic. She explained everything and we both had a positive experience. The place is very clean and the restroom was also very clean. I felt that I was treated fairly, I was explained everything as it progressed and I felt great when I walked away. We both did. We signed up for the deal $79 per month so get all our visits done, and put on my calendar to cancel before being billed beyond what we need. I felt great about it and will be back to complete my treatment.
