I started with this company,a few months ago and am very pleased. They are kind individuals, who are…read morevery knowlegable.I trust them, and have not had any problems untill today.A small matter, that was dwelt with on my behalf by those at cibc bank.occa is a close net company ,and ive felt very personal with them, able to be fearless calling them on matters i would otherwise be very concerned about with other companies, ive dwelt or worked close with concerning my dept collection issues. Occa like any individual or bussiness is not perfect by any means, and as everyone else dose has made mistakes. In my case a bank agreement, that could have caused difficulties to my monthly scedual, and left me without, and delayed importnt matters for others who live in other countries, who are starving. This is a issue, needed to to taken sereously.Occa is a very good organization, and im not pulling them down, ive never seen anyone work so close to there clients with great admiration, respect and personal involvement as Occa. They respect your values and work according to your financial budget and intitution needs. NEVER HAVE I SEEN ANYONE DEAL THIS WELL WITH IDIVIDUALS IN CANADA. Though there are some flaws, and i would like you as a team to realize,im not by any means putting you down.Ide rather advise you of changes needed concerning your ability to preform better communication level for your clients. Also i suggest you also send document that will help your clients ,and prove to other oganizations about any agreements youve had with your clients and providers,so that the one hand knows what the other hand is doing.Giving better financial assistances needed for both the client and the providers involved in one accord.God Bless you.As for the spiritual, theres only one God,Jesus Christ.Green peace is not from God.Love ya.In Jesus Christ Name Amen Amen Amen.

I would go lower. This is not acceptable. I was in the program for over 8 weeks before I started…read moreasking questions. They have lied at every turn. They take what you owe and set up a payment plan. Then they have you transfer that money to them. They tell you the money is going toward your loan balance, but it is not. After about 6 weeks, they set you up with a licensed MNP LIT (do this yourself from the start). Then they ask for another fee. In my case, it was another $400. They also shared my information with multiple companies. The licensed MNP takes your $17,500 loan and turns it into $22,500 over 60 months with no interest, so your payments are roughly cut in half. However, the licensed MNP knows nothing about the biweekly payments you were making to DebtSolvers, which were supposed to go toward your loan. When you ask for a refund, they say they cannot issue one because "the work has been done." However, at no point did they contact Easy Financial in the 8 weeks I was with them, even after telling me to put a stop payment in place. DO NOT DO THIS. Call your lender and ask for a deferral instead. That way, your payments stop and interest is handled properly. Interest continues to build, even if DebtSolvers says it doesn't. I am now four payments behind at 39.9% interest because I trusted these people. If the money I paid was supposed to go toward my loan, then why can't it be refunded? It should still be available. They used the funds for something we did not agree to. It was supposed to go directly toward my loan balance. Please do not give them any money. They are basically just a retainer that sends you to MNP, and it will cost you thousands of dollars. Please contact me or read other 1-star reviews. Go directly to an MNP in your area. They are the best way to deal with this situation. It will be painful--there is no "get out of jail free" card when it comes to debt. I started this program on December 16, 2025, and stopped on February 12, 2026. In nearly two months, they did not complete Action 1 or Action 2. See the attached pictures.
