What really got our eye was they are down to earth. We got to express how we really feel and so did they. Both of us having an unfiltered mouth, we knew these are the guys we want representing me. What they charge is reasonable no hidden fees. Thank you both for your work with my cases. Although we enjoyed working with you two let's hope we don't ever have to again!!

Fast forward a few months, as I was getting ready to go to work, I get a text message from the court about an hour before the court hearing with a video conferencing link stating that I needed to be present at 10 AM. I had no prior notice or communication from the lawyer. I called the law firm, and the receptionist told me, "the person who can answer your questions about the case won't be in for another hour, so you better attend." I had to ChatGPT some response/plan as I had no idea what to say or do. About 10 minutes right before my court case, that lawyer finally called me and was asking me about the details of my case as if he had just learned about it. He told me that there was a "glitch" and that I should have been informed about the court case with more reminders 2 weeks ahead of the date. He called the prosecutor to cut a "deal" about 5 minutes before the case, which was the worst deal I've ever had with a traffic lawyer that left me paying near the original fine fee and 6 months probation. Patricia is the smartest attorney I have worked with. I had two attorneys before her in my divorce…read morecase that had been mediated. I found Patricia through a mutual friend and she is not just good at what she does but well respected with a solid reputation, which is just as important when you end up in front of a judge or the commissioner. She helped me finalize everything in my last mediation and I couldn't be more pleased with her and her assistant Kristi. They are an incredible team.

Multiple mediators, a commissioner, and a judge all stated that this was a very complicated case. I hate to think what the outcome would have been if we had not been in the competent hands of Patricia and her amazing paralegal, Kristy. We were able to see Patricia in multiple settings including in front of a Commissioner (where we prevailed), the Summit County Judge (after the opposing party appealed previous rulings), and in two separate mediations. Watching how Patricia carries herself and operates in a courtroom setting brought us so much peace of mind and confidence. Each time we left the law firm offices or the courtroom, the first thing my husband and I would say to each other was "thank god we have Patricia." As insane as this is to say, while we are beyond happy this case is over, we are sad to no longer be working with Patricia and Kristy! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
