I wish I could remember the name of the customer service staff who talked to me because they definitely need praise! I was involved in a car accident where an uninsured driver was at fault, and they were able to answer all my questions. The two ladies who talked to me on the phone were so clear and patient. I'm a total dummy about insurance and legalities and its jargons, but they made my life so much easier! In a few hours, I had an appointment with an excellent damage evaluator (which was also a great body shop), and I was put in touch with a rental company. Everything has been a smooth ride.
