I was scheduled for a procedure and needed a new doctor right away to do my pre-op. Dr Copen was perfect -- doing all the tests and signing off on the authorization. Since then, we see him a few times a years regularly. We used to see him in the old office, but now he's located right within holy cross hospital. HE IS THE OFFICE MANAGER." I asked to speak with him. "HE DOES NOT TAKE OR RETURN PERSONAL CALLS." But I am a patient who has been under his care for a year. The staff who run the office are rude and you never get the same person every visit and they never know your history, of which you are expected to explain to them in under 5 minutes for $45. My script that was filled, was not even correct, as the quantity of pills and time per day taken is not the same as the past dosage I was given. This place is horrible. I would not recommend. I fear this place has just turned into a PILL MILL and I am reporting them to the state and the BBB.

In some cases this is great if you're sick, but can adversely affect the current appointments for that day For me, it's more important to find a doctor who will prescribe needed orders and medications than wait times. So I've just managed expectations on that front. I understand some others may feel different.

She doesn't just give you the 15 minute obligatory visit she listens she takes her time and does whatever she can to help. She caught something I had very early on and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have had a chance get into a program which had a very short time Window to help me.. It wasn't obviously apparent what was wrong she gave me every test she could to find out how to help me. Her entire office is so efficient so kind so empathetic and so helpful. I can't say enough about her and her practice I can tell you this if you have Dr. Singh as your primary you are in very good hands.
