Well, not only she did a sloppy job putting the hair color on where I asked her to remove the color off my forehead and on my ears, but after she washed it, there was still so much left over that when I would scratch my head, my fingernails would turn black. Inside my ears were all black! I told her that and she looked at me like she didn't care I said never mind. I blow dried my own hair right there and I just took off with it half wet.
