It was probably a good idea to make sure that SBA worded things in a way for us to fully get an…read moreidea of what the class would be about. I was hoping for the II as it was listed in SBA's email: i. The difference between a Facebook Ad and Boosting a Facebook Post Yes, it was explained on what the difference was on boosting and what an ad is. ii. The basics of setting up a Facebook Ad - there were no basics here and this would have been helpful that it was not understood especially I wanted to attend the class in hopes to get at least a screenshot of where to start on looking for it in my business page. Or at least a few items we can use as examples of some sort. We've received on who we can target but that was it. So that's why I gave 3. This class is definitely for those who already have set one up or at least have a knowledge of it. iii. The strategy behind setting up a Facebook Ad. Good job! we received slides on these as well, so thank you! iv. The entire flow of a Facebook Ad (ie. having a marketing funnel). Not sure if we did the entire work flow? v. The do’s and don’ts of Facebook Ad - Daniel did a tremendous job in explaining the do's and dont's. So that was helpful. Again, I wish there was a technical class as this would have been super helpful for me. But at least this introduces concept of FB ads.

The final project was professional and very impressive . The doctors continued on to hire Charles for head shots as well. Needless to say the doctors were all extremely happy. I manage a Creative Services group that is typically inundated with work, especially during the Summer months. For the past four years my group has struggled to hit its September deadlines simply due to the amount of work going through the department. This past Summer, however, I decided to hire out for additional help. I was looking for someone who was smart, neat, organized, and efficient. I completely got all that (and more) when I hired Chance Artworks. This was the first year that we hit all of our deadlines and even made early deliveries -- and the only thing I did differently was to hire Chance. I was wary at first of how efficient it would be to work with someone who was located so far away (I'm in downtown L.A. and Chance is in Long Beach) but we were able to create a system that worked (and continues to work) like a charm. I was concerned that there would be miscommunications and a fair share of "back and forth" questions, but was pleased to find it overly simple to work with Chance. They added no stress to my already stress-filled days and have been such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Chance Artworks for all of your creative needs. Of course, I want first dibs during the busy season! :)

Richard is AMAZING!…read more My fiance and I are artists who wanted a unique piece, when it came to our wedding invitation. We went for a 'booklet' inspired by swiss design which we together created the artwork for. We contacted a few printers, but after speaking with Richard, who quickly answered any e-mails, which was important, because it indicated how he would be & was once we hired them for the job. Not only did he produce an amazing print, but he also made the process an easy one, which seemed quite complex to us before finding cp. Richard was an absolute pleasure to work with - he streamlined the process by maintaining consistent communication & taking into account OUR aesthetic when suggesting different options for each design element, which we later went as far as to sift through in a process of trial and error to find a perfect combination, to make for a perfect invitation. With a project like ours, this was important - as the slightest variation, to something that seems so minimal, like using the white wire-o or facing the transparent sheet in reverse made all the difference. This piece was close to the heart, not just because it was our wedding invitation, but because my fiance zach & I spent a long time on the artwork & design-so, knowing we were working with someone like Richard, who was incredibly thorough was something I really appreciated. Since sending out the invitations, so many people have contacted us to let us know how awesome they look. We couldn't have done it without them...Strongly recommend.

My business partner and I did our own…read morewebsite at first using the godaddy template which took a lot of our time and ultimately the end result was not good. And once we finished it, we never wanted to change it because of all the aggravation. Dinh solved all of that for us. First, he helped us create a site that we were happy to launch. And Second, he let us feel comfortable knowing that with his services, you never have to feel complacent about your site. He let us know that anything we wanted to change would be done in a timely manner. This is what he means by incorporating young and fresh content. It was such a pleasure working with Dinh which is important because now that I don't have to worry about putting the new content up I can just send an email to Dinh and let him know what I want added or removed. And one other great thing is that Dinh uses robots that can tell what type of device is viewing the content. This is extremely important because many people use their phones or tablets to view content. The robots automatically adjust how the page is viewed based on what platform it is viewed upon which is a huge difference from our original website which was very difficult to view on a phone. Thanks again Dinh.
