When I inquired about coming in for the service I was notified they were booked solid for the remainder of the month. FYI... teeth whitening is done on Mondays only. I've always found the front staff to be very friendly and in addition to a reminder card in the mail before your appointment, they will also give you a call. I've had a variety of dental hygienists over the years, but my favorite is Chrissy. If someone has to go poking around my mouth with a sharp object, I prefer they not mess around and just get it done. Dr. Stahlecker is great with the shots when I have to get them for fillings and she is very patient with me as my tongue tends not to cooperate when she is trying to take care of a filling. The other two dentists here are a father/daughter team and I've seen the daughter once when Dr. Stahlecker was on vacation. Again, I've never had any issue with anyone I've dealt with here and would recommend this practice to anyone new to the area or simply looking to switch dentists.

I've never had hygienists like they do here--they're all overly-versed on all things dental-hygiene related. You can tell that they love their jobs and are treated well. It also happens that their dental relations (oral surgery, etc) are also chosen with great care. (One I worked with before discovering this office, another they sent me to where I had a very easy time with a sinus lift and bone graft for a future implant). While my care plan and journey is pretty straight forward, my husband has an insane and complex dental journey ahead. If I call about whatever he should get done next, I'm confident that they'll help me get him in the chair and help him go forward with the rest of his checklist. Making a care plan here is easy breezy like Sunday morning. They will have you confident and sorted with your dental priorities and insurance. I already drive about 25 minutes to get to the Lansdale location, but if they moved, I'd just buckle up for a longer commute. The last time I was there, I noticed that Dr. Kaffey had a plaque near the front desk regarding his time as president to a regional dental association. Definitely something that wasn't surprising. I was having so many problems with my teeth over 10 years ago and now my teeth are in great shape and I owe it ALL to Dr. Dubin. His staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly and caring. "Brookwood Dental Associates" is a living example of what an ideal, quality and genuine healthcare should be like. A week ago, I had a serious health scare when I broke a major chunk on one of my molars while eating. Having never had any dental scare before in my life and only hearing the scariest of stories from people, I was nervous beyond I could describe. After much research and reviews on the internet (and unethical experience at two different dental practices closer to my home both of whom were more interested in how much they could charge my private health cover rather than having any interest in my condition) I ended up at "Brookwood Dental Associates" in Lansdale, PA. From the get-go, Dr. Salik was amazing in calming my nerves as He and his Associate Danielle would vouch I was ultra nervous not just mentally but physically. I must admit I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Salik's expertise, knowledge, professional wisdom, and almost magical skills. He went through the check up and explained what was going on with my condition and showed genuine care by selecting the treatment that was in the best of my health interests. He then proceeded to perform the treatment, and I am beyond grateful to say that I did not feel any pain AT ALL! And that is only because he GENUINELY CARED!!! And I know that because I experienced it. But then, this should not be a surprise to anyone because Dr. Salik is an "Award-Winning" Doctor from an Ivy League University and has stellar experience spanning more than a DECADE!!! And combine that with his calm, sincere and excellent interpersonal skills and you are left with appreciation and gratitude. I found the Administrative staff to be on the front-foot; all the administrative portion of my treatment (paperwork et al.) was organized well before my appointment and I just walked in at the right time, that's it! He was super pleasant on the phone addressing my concerns because I am 32 weeks pregnant. I called Monday and was seen by Wednesday with Dr. Newman. The woman Kim I spoke to on the phone was super pleasant, even told me its possible to love my second child :) I also spoke with Taylor, who was also super pleasant, so I was feeling good about coming in to a place I've never been before. Martha the assistant was, you guessed it, super pleasant as well. She helped alongside Dr. Newman for my root canal therapy which surprisingly I felt no pain at all. I hate needles and pain, and I would go back again and again for any endodontic needs. (whatever that means, ill just go back.) Dr. Newman explained everything he was doing and that I was in control of the procedure - if I needed any breaks from bathroom needs to pain to switching positions because of the pregnancy to just raise my hand and let him know. I think I could go on and on about this place, but it was a wonderful experience. Everyone I came in contact with was super nice and I appreciate it so much.
